Where do I start you can see from the other people who have written reviews for this location that their customer service is terrible they can’t take an order and fill it correctly they do not understand what you’re saying we went into the shop to place the order we got home we open the boxes and out of six of them four where wrong OK maybe we should’ve checked the boxes before we left the store however maybe they should get their orders right the girl took the order she read the order back the way it was supposed to be but the cook couldn’t read evidently when we called to complain about it because we spent over $ 50 on pizza another $ 10 and brownies and the manager said he didn’t care that it was wrong we said we wouldn’t be going back again he said he didn’t care so do yourself a favor don’t go there there are plenty of pizza places in Lake Worth Texas that want your business just not that Pizza Hut now let’s talk about corporate when I called corporate I had to go through number after number and not one of them got me a living person when I finally got to the place to write the review it told me to go The website! The Pizza Hut corporation does not care about anything but it’s bottom line maybe one day they’ll understand that the bottom line is really the customer

Says it will arrive in forty five minutes but takes a hour and a half, pizza arrives cold.
Found out pizza hasn’t left the store.
This is the 5^th time it has happened

This place is hit or miss. I rarely recieve a completely correct order. I will let it go if they forget a sauce drizzle or crust flavor, which they so often do. I only continue ordering from here because they are the only ones in town to do stuffed crust. My latest order was two large pizzas and some wings. One pizza was supposed to have a ranch crust and a balsamic drizzle with stuffed crust. The pizza was not cut and overcooked so much that the crust was crunchy like a cracker and there was no sauce drizzle or crust flavor on it. My wings were labeled correctly but were actually the wrong flavors and one box of wings only had a few tablespoons of sauce in the bottom and none on the actual wings. The second pizza was done correctly except for the fact that it was shoved to one side and smushed somehow. The manager gave me a credit on my account but I’m done ordering from this place once the credit is gone.

Called to order a pizza from The Holiday Inn Express precisely 1.4 miles from this Pizza Hut location and they absolutely refused to deliver for no apparent reason, needless to say I just ordered from Dominos :)

Worst place in America (the wait was so long I nearly forgot what I came in for) not to mention the waitress if you can’t speak English don’t get a job that requires you to know what I’m saying. And behind the desk… the most chaotic scene ever it was like watching mario cart all in all I could have gone to grow tomatoes, hatch a chicken from an egg and grew the greens for my pizza before they got it to me. Every single soul working there deserves to be fired for inadequacy.

Every time I go there, I order a hot and ready cheese pizza. Every time, it’s hot and ‘wait 6minutes for it to cook’ pizza. It’s cheese pizza, I feel they should have cheese pizza on standby for walk-​ins. That’s the point of advertising ‘hot and ready ‘.

Not too happy right now… Order was not ready on time. Sat here for 15 minutes (yep, I’m still here… Half an hour later) before they came out to tell me that they tried calling me (WHILE I’M HERE) to say they didn’t have all the ingredients for one of the pizzas I’d ordered — the main ingredient. But decided to make the pizza anyway ??? Without all of the ingredients? So — not correct, not on time, and I’m sitting here waiting and they could have told me before they put the pie in the oven. I was kinda rude to the girl and I felt bad — it’s not HER fault they didn’t have the ingredient — I apologized and they’re making me a meatlovers on the house. Hopefully it’ll taste better since it took longer to make?! Oh well. I think I’ll just stick with PJ from here on out.

Order was done on time and everything was perfect. The manager came out and gave my kids some candy. Very friendly and great service new favorite location.

EVERY SINGLE TIME we go there they mess up our order. One time they messed our order up so bad they have two free pizzas. We ordered a big dinner box with pepperoni on one side, honey BBQ wings in the middle, and sausage on the other side. INSTEAD: we got sausage with green bell peppers and onions, buffalo wings, and cheese on the other side. That’s when we got the two free pizzas. There are only 3 people in our house so we pretty much had pizza for breakfast lunch and dinner. We always get dominos now.
