Great selection, prices & staff! They are the largest mattress retailer in the country and have tremendous stock you can get a bed delivered the same day!

In a world where adequate service is an exception to the rule, I was very pleased with the customer service at this location. The selection and prices were good and we got on-​time delivery the same day. The delivery men were also very pleasant. And we love the new mattress.

Suck suck suck! The advertise the 90 day return if you don’t like the mattress. We hated our mattress but we were told to give it more time. Once we got close to the third month we decided to return our mattress.
They have made this process so hard. I had to call multiple times to get the mattress returned. They wouldn’t give me a receipt for the return until I called (with the pick up guys there) to make sure I’d get my money back.
Been over 3 weeks still haven’t received my refund. Every business day I get to call wait several minutes than speak to someone who is clueless and tells me someone will call me back.
Stay away from here there are so many other stores

I had a wonderful experience here with Bret and his manager.
I came in looking to try out different types of mattresses to see which style I prefer. I was not looking or even able to purchase a mattress from Mattress Firm because I’m moving to Los Angeles and they don’t have any stores in that location. However, I still wanted to try out different mattresses so I could have an idea of what I liked before ordering a mattress online.
The salespeople understood that I wasn’t going to buy anything from them, but they still took the time to show me several different styles of mattresses. I had a fairly low budget and they were able to accommodate that and show me some of their sale mattresses. I ended up finding one that I really liked, and one of the salesmen, Bret, took the specs of that mattress and found a comparable mattress online from a different store that could deliver to Los Angeles. He sent me the link to the mattress right then and there.
Outstanding service for someone who wasn’t even going to be a customer for them. I highly recommend.

I had the worse experience with the salesman that works here. Went back the other night to discuss the problem I am having with my brand new mattress and he told me he was closing and that my mattress was disco’d and there was nothing he could do. He told me to go back to Sealy and take it up with them. I got in touch with Mattress Giant’s corporate office and received a call within 4 hours of calling from a company manager apologizing for our experience and we will be receiving a new mattress. Stay away from this store because of the nasty salesperson. There are many more of their stores in the area, and if you have a problem at store level remember to go on up the corporate ladder to get results.
