Although I would have rather not needed services at 3am, I am more than satisfied with the company. Everyone from the supervisor to the plumbers and technicians who showed were courteous and just perfect at what they do! Phil showed up at 3 am to assess a burst water heater and went above and beyond to make the best of the situation. Amy the supervisor kept my family in the loop every step of the way. Even though my landlord was slow to answer calls, they remained patient and did all they could for superior services. Steven came in promptly and replaced my heater with a smile. Will recommend to EVERYONE.

We’ve used General Plumbing for over 6 years now and they are great. Most recently we had some piping behind the shower faucet replaced and a new hot water heater installed. The work was done quickly and very professionally. The over all quality is simply excellent. In particular I must give a shout-​out to Phil who really knows his stuff and obviously takes pride in a job very well done.

Very thorough and responsive plumber! We’ve had several problems with our shower and ice maker and Phil was able to sort out the problems quickly and efficiently and saved us money as well. We really appreciate his professionalism and timely response.
