I was very let down by the service I received. She didn’t keep me up on why my house wasn’t selling so we could figure out what needed to be done. It didn’t matter who viewed the home, she never bothered to collect much needed feed back. She believed the house would sell fast considering it had great curb side appeal. I believe she just tells people this to get them to sign. When her contract was up, I decided to not resign considering she lacked commitment and her communication skills were, well lets just say, she had none. She said if I resigned she would do open houses on Saturday. Really, well that should have be done from the beginning. Resign? That’s a joke. She is a terrible realtor. Don’t sign with her, believe me you’ll regret it. I wasted six months. She SUCKS.
