Mat is great! We switched from Verizon back to at&t and he helped us tremendously! THIS Is By farThe Best Store of AT&T I have ever been to. Everyone was nice and helped us definitely will be back.

Horrible customer service by the manager «Allen» and another sales associate by the name of «John» that claimed they didn’t have business cards. Ordered a phone thru the store and sales associate told me just have it shipped home and you can activate at home. Received phone and Tried activating at home and wouldn’t let me. Called customer svc and they told me to go to att store and they would help me. I got turned away at the store they said there was nothing they could do and just follow instructions that came with phone. Don’t do business at this place! They are there just to make a paycheck and not help customers

Had the rudest customer service rep. We would ask a question and he would say, «you can’t do that.» No suggestions, nothing. Just a blank stare. Turns out we could do what we were asking! We didn’t complete the process at this store.
