The photographer was great, but the backgrounds to choose from are not very festive for the holidays. So blah. We thankfully got the new photographer and she was great with everything. She listened to our needs and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t want. We took a break last year and had a family member take them, because we didn’t like the photographer. Happy this year. I am going to suggest to them to bring back more festive backgrounds. Plain, non Christmas backgrounds can be used any time during the year. Happy experience though, and got out under $ 100, including Christmas cards! :D

Done family photos here twice and both experiences were great. Got in on time, and they offer coupons online for $ 3.99 a sheet so we were able to purchase a wide selection of different prints for a reasonable price. Was able to pick up pictures a week later. My only complaint was from one of the sessions, one of the main photos I ordered was blurry (It did not look blurry on the screen when viewing the picture for purchase) However I’ve only had one blurry pose about of the 14 or so different poses ordered. The quality of the rest of the pictures was clear and crisp.
Convenient hours as they are open on weekends as well, I’ll be taking my family here in the future for portrait updates.
Staff were friendly, patient and helpful.

I love getting my pictures done here. You get a good amount of photographs to choose from then you can make fun enhancements with them, if you go online @
you can get special offers that can save you tons of money! Hours are Mon-​Fri 10 – 7 But closed between 2 – 3 for lunch Saturday 10 – 5 and Sunday 11 – 4

I wish I could give negative stars. I made an appointment for my 2 year old and his cousins (5 and 8) for 11:30. After waiting 40 minutes we finally got in (so much for appointments) and the little one was so frustrated we couldn’t get a good picture. The lady snapped 3 pics and said it looked like there «may be a good one» and we were done. I took the kids home without even bothering to look at the one «good» pic. What a waste of time, these people are not professionals. I will stick to a private photog next time.
