this happened the evening of 2⁄4 I walked in to check and see if you had ammunition that I was looking for. On the way by the front register I was greeted well and i told the young lady that i needed help. I got to the gun counter just after I hear a page for help at the gun counter. 5ish minutes pass. I ring the doorbell for service, note this is the 2nd call for service I have made. Another 5ish minutes pass. I end up calling the store to ask for service. 2 minutes pass and Dominic comes over telling us that he thought someone was here helping. You don’t have the ammunition that I am looking for. We look at a couple rifles and then leave. I heard 1 apology from the person that answered the phone. Thats it. You have great product and ok prices but on the floor behind the registers your service needs a lot of help. Also, since I am disabled and can’t stand without a lot of pain a chair/bench could be useful at the gun counter if service remains at this level

Very friendly staff. Items are overpriced significantly, I find amazon is about 25% to 40% cheaper. Found a tackle box for $ 25 on amazon that was $ 38 at sports authority.

I was a little tentative on making a big purchase due to reviews on Unilocal,but this location is very close to my house and since I have purchased a few things in the past so I decided to go with my gut. I was at this location for around an hour deciding exactly what equipment was best for my workouts and also in my budget. End of the day I purchased a weight bench and a fixed bike. The process was a little long but painless, their customer service is great despite what other reviews say. They even went as far as suggesting to rent a truck or pick it up in a car to save costs on shipping since the boxes were heavy but manageable. The selections at this location are great, prices I suppose are reasonable and the staff are very professional and polite. I will return for future purchases sooner rather than later.

Not one of the seven staff members asked if we needed help. Almost like they were trying to avoid making eye contact, so they didn’t have to help. Then they only offered three pairs of pre-teen/women’s basketball shoes(over 50+ running shoes) and not one pair in the most common womens size. We attempted to try on a pair that might have worked but I was so frustrated with no one helping, I just told my daughter we can go somewhere else. Then finally as we were walking out someone said«did you find everything you were looking for?» I said«no, unfortunately you didn’t have what we needed.» He just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Seriously, this could be a great store if they had any customer service. Really a waste to have such a big store that is worthless. I will be sharing this with all my fellow basketball parents.

I was very disappointed to realize today that this store does not back the products they sell. I tried to exchange my child’s seahawks jersey because the one I bought her for Christmas had a large tear along the seam. Rather than exchanging the jersey, the sales manager suggested I contact Nike. My family shops at this store frequently and will certainly be driving elsewhere for our needs from now on.

I the worst service ever. This even tops Banfield, I was waiting in a rather long line. The first cashier I could hear talking into her walkietalkie that she needed some assistance. Floor manager Jon B. Came up and since I was next in line he called me over. I go over to his check stand where he asks me the usual questions that come with customer service all of which I answered with an ok or a yes. He asked me for my phone number to which I declined to give it. Jon finished ringing up my order and as he hands me my receipt tells me «I hope you have a better day». I promptly said«why would you tell me that?» Jon shrugs his shoulders and said it again. I walked out of the store just confused to why someone would say that. As I sat in my car I became angry because that is just rude so I decided to go back into the store and return my product and go to another store that would appreciate my business. The original cashier processed my return and call for the manager for whom I had asked for. Jon comes up and immediately confronts me for being rude to him, saying that I didn’t ask how he was doing and how I never responded to him. That’s total bullshit I told him and that maybe he should take out his earpiece for the walkietalkie so he could hear. He then tells me that his hearing is poor because of being in the war. I thanked him for his service but that is no excuse for his poor attitude towards the customers. And to not attack them as soon as they come back to complain. Jon then says his full name and his position and store location and for me to complain all I want to corporate. I told him I would and he walked away. I talked to the store manager who said his sorry and that he would talk to him and then gave me the number to corporate. Jon B needs to be fired that is totally inexcusable,

We tried redeeming the $ 10 off Unilocal coupon for spending over $ 50 but were told that the coupon wasn’t valid, even though it was on their Unilocal profile. The coupong was counting down but the sales associate was rude and unhelpful. The sales associate said they can’t take anything that is not on their own website, so they are either uninformed about corporate policy or they are involved in false advertising.

I am seriously impressed. I called to verify they had a particular kids size in cleats, so I didn’t drive out there, during my work day and not be able to get what my son needs. The customer service was amazing. He asked what sport, what size, boy or girl and put me on hold. then came back on the line in no time at all and said he put a few of each in different styles on the side for us to try on as soon as we got there. I never mentioned that I was coming from work and would be on a time crunch. Now this, is customer service. I buy a LOT of active wear and sports authority has my business, if they have what I’m looking for :) KUDOS and Thank you!!!
