It’s SO good and cheap too — you can’t get much better than that. Fresh ingredients that you pick (think Subway or Q’doba), and you choose all the toppings you want for one price. We Love MOD.

What is the big deal about another pizza place? Yet the place is always busy. So recently my family ate dinner there. Now I know what the big deal is! You pick the size pizza you want, chose a sauce and toppings. They bake it and when it is done they call your name to go get your personal creation. The crust is thin and crispy. The toppings are are delicious, or at least the combination I chose, and together they make an addictive pizza. I think they put something in the sauce.

Love this place. Come here about twice a month. Service is always fast and super friendly. I want to give a five stars but there is actually some flaws which i couldn’t ignore. It is when they burn my pizza and still serve it anyway. That happens more than once. Keep up your good work folks I will always eat here.

One of our favorite places! So yummy! Very food allergy friendly for our needs. Only wish they had a dairy free red sauce. Our children love that there is dairy free cheese!!! I love ordering online.

The dining room is a little crowded, there are too many tables and chairs in there to move around comfortably. It was really busy when we went in on a Thursday night, and we felt a bit rushed out the door. The pizza was a bit undercooked but I love MOD so much I’d give them a million chances.

Always a great choice ! Amazing price point for your custom pizza with quality toppings. Staff is friendly. I love mixing their caramel pear tea with their lemonade. Yum! Plus they offer a military discount which I very much appreciate– more businesses around here should follow their lead !

Build your own concept should be scrapped though I enjoyed when MOD just wrote your toppings down and built the pizza much faster than current system

20 minute wait in line to order is ridiculous! I’m not sure if it’s the customers lack of familiarity with MOD or the employee’s that seem to come and go from the assembly line. The pizza is OK, on par with other MOD’s but spare me the attitude if I ask for a little more cheese!
Seating is limited and most people can’t grasp the «bus your own table» concept so prepare to clean someone elses mess before you sit.

I love Mod Pizza. Quality ingrendients, fast service, excellent prices. You can’t beat that!
I only had two issues so far. First of all, I tried their «order online» service. Was supposed to be ready by 5pm. It wasnt. They hadn’t even started it when I arrived there. I patiently waited though because I have worked in the food industry, I know that sometimes things get busy and things happen. They offered kw a few beverage while i waited. How thoughtful.
Not only was my pizza really late, they ended up giving my pizza to someone else.
So they made me another one. They Forgot some ingredients and added some that I didn’t want. It was also a little raw in the middle.

Love the pizza here, very good value considering how many toppings you can pile on all for the same price. Confused to read other reviews on how their order was incorrect… really? YOU CHOOSE THE TOPPINGS, AND WATCH THEM PUT IT ON, VERY DIFFICULT TO GET IT WRONG!

The good: Staff were nice and food is good.
The bad: Many Flies were all over the food. How disgusting. Manager says they are working on the problem. I observed staff (specifically the manager) handling food without gloves several times. My food was handed to another costumer and then to me. (Hope that customer washes after using the bathroom. Gross!)

I really do love MOD Pizza! I love them in Seattle, and now in my home town of Lake Stevens!
I’ve had mostly all they have to offer in my handful of trips there and it’s all delicious. My favorite part is the staff who are always really genuine and fun. I always seem to laugh with them while they’re making my order. Great place!

4 star because the wait was 25 min.
Buuuut other than that it was amazing. I looove that they have vegan options. I can eat SEVERAL items. The staff was nice. Funny too
Once we ordered our food was done in 5 minutes. The pizza was amazing. I got the mushroom pesto with dairy free cheese.
Will definitely be back.
The store was very clean too.

If you ordered pepperoni and sausage you’re doing it wrong.
My first trip here I got a typical, traditional pizza and it was blah. Where MOD really shines is the other stuff. Try the white sauce with chorizo, cilantro, and lemon. I just had the bbq sauce with chicken, bacon, feta, mushrooms, basil, garlic, and a balsamic drizzle. I went overboard. And it was sensational. I have about 8 more combinations I want to try.
You’ll find the greatness of this place if you don’t think of it as traditional pizza.
Needless to say, I’ll be a regular here.

Our absolute favorite pizza. Service is amazing and pies are all build to order and FAST. We had a mixup and the Manager noticed and not only apologized, but rushed us out another AND gave us a $ 35 gift card!

Went to MOD Pizza today for a lunch. The line was long and they were busy but they were cranking out the pizzas quickly. We ordered a MOD Dominic and two beers for $ 18.00.
Pizza was great and crust was crispy. There so much fresh flavor and we loved that the crust was so thin. Beers were cold. Shake machine was out but it was in the middle of being fixed and before long they were pushing out shakes. Outdoor seating was plenty, especially in the warm sunny weather.
Would have given 5 stars but we found a hair on the pizza. We notified staff and they told us to toss or eat the remains of our pizza while the other one was cooking. We tossed it but the new pizza was great! Additionally they gave us a little card for a free pizza next time.

Went to Mod Pizza this evening for dinner. They have only been open for couple of days. Of course, they are super busy. I had ordered online at 6pm, and asked for it to be ready at 7pm. I showed up at 7:10, and my order wasn’t ready. They gave me a free drink (everyone in line got free drinks and samples of milkshakes). After 20 minutes, the manager came over to me and asked my name so he can see why my order is taking so long. Finally at 7:45, both of my pizzas were ready. As I was leaving, the manager stopped me and gave me a gift card. He apologized for the wait! I never complained, and sat waiting patiently. They were busy! I was very impressed with the staff, and especially the manager!!! The manager takes huge pride in customer satisfaction!
The pizza was delicious!!! It was my first time ever having Mod Pizza. I will definitely be back!
