I worked for BK for 9 years. Ran 17 stores. Have seen 100’s. This is the single worse store EVER! THE CASHIER YOLANDA yawns on the front counter with her mouth open. Does not say hi or hello. Rudest darn cashier ever. I came here 3 times just to make sure. How the hell does this franchisee still has this store?

The people were so rude while we were ordering that we left and didn’t even finish! Get better employees! I’m afraid of what will happen to my food if your employees are that rude!

This place is disgusting on the inside! They weren’t busy at all, yet the tables were all dirty and our shoes were sticking to the floor. Everything just had this dirty sticky feel to it. I felt like I needed to dip my kids in sanitizer after leaving that gross play area. On top of it, the food was just gross. I can’t believe that a manager or owner hasn’t done anything to clean the place up!

Don’t waste your time going here. This place is dirty, dirty, dirty. Eat here you will get sick. I have seen sani cans that are cleaner than this places restrooms. Employees spend more time talking to other employees than help customers. That fat kid behind the counter what a slob have some respect dude be clean. I will never eat here again. i reported my recent time here to the regional Office and they sent me a coupon for two free meals. I will not use them here. The owners should be ashamed of the way this place is. Bad bad bad, and no I’m not a employee here.

We’ll probably continue to visit this BK because it’s close, but it’s not all that great. While it’s clean inside, the kids’ play area is worn-​down and lackluster and you can clearly see the boxes and stuff they’re storing behind it. When we go through the drive-​thru, it takes a while and I never feel like they really care that much.
On the plus side, once I got around $ 20 worth of food for free because she couldn’t remember if she swiped my card/couldn’t tell if it had gone through and they didn’t want to charge me twice and didn’t charge me when I asked if they wanted to a couple days later.
