Wendy’s

Got the Gouda cheeseburger bun was burnt. Got the fries with cheese and bacon. Bacon was burnt. Place was overall clean but I don’t think the employees care to much. Has one of those really cool fancy coke machines though… So that was a plus.

Everything seemed as it should be. Quick, courteous, correct, and good. What else can you ask of fast food?

OK – I went back and forth between two and three stars. Let me explain.
This is a pretty new Wendys — just a couple years old, and we have been coming here since it opened.
The servers are friendly and the store is clean, usually. Also, the food is typical Wendys food, and we have never had any complaints on the food.
We usually go through the drive through, but eat inside once in a while.
The problem is this. I have never gone to a fast food place that has so often left an ordered item out of the bag. This goes back to when they first opened — it got to be a joke, it seemed every order was missing something. It did get better over time, but this last time, they did forget an item. At least I have «been trained» to always check my bags before leaving the property, and was able to run back inside to get the item, but it is still frustrating.
So in summary, go ahead and eat at this Wendys, but if you’re getting your order to go, be sure to check it before leaving.

Been there 8 times, 50% of which they got the order incorrect, & had to drive back to get it fixed. Gas is nearing $ 2 a gallon and this Wendy’s is 10 miles from my house & their mistake costs the customer. The economy is down, please try to do your part and not make mistakes.
