The Maids

The Maids have cleaned our home twice a month for ten years, so this review is long overdue.
Precisely because I run a demanding full-​time home-​based consulting business, I truly value the service that the Maids provide to keep my home clean and tidy. The peace of mind and sense of well being that I have every time they visit is wonderful value indeed.
The advance notice call always gives me the chance to ask for any change in the time of day that the team comes. If I have an outing that will let them come at a time when I’m not in the way, so much the better, but it works well even when I have to be home and working right through their visit.
The team works smoothly, quickly and efficiently every time. They’re always cheerful and professional — even when I am really busy and need them work around me.
When they’re done, the kitchen sparkles and the bathrooms look like new. The freshly-​vaccuumed rugs and upholstery leave us with the peaceful feeling of a job well done. They use fragrance-​free or low-​scent supplies, which I really appreciate, and take care to correctly dispose of the recyclables separately from regular trash.
The Maids are happy to schedule occasional special tasks I ask for a couple of times a year that aren’t part of the regular routine — Fridge cleaning is the one that comes to my mind at the moment.
A special note: my team is always very respectful of my needs as a business owner who works from home and can sometimes be unavoidably on the phone with client calls, webcasts or broadcasts during their visit. They easily and cheerfully accommodate my need for quiet so that I can work uninterrupted and maintain a professional business atmosphere for my clientele and audiences.

They do a wonderful job! It is so nice to come home to a nice fresh smell as I walk through my door! I love the relief felt as I look around and have everything dusted, vacuumed and wiped down.
The customer service is great. They are friendly and explain the costs and what it covers. They are flexible with the time I need to have it cleaned and what they can do within our budget.
We were initially thinking we would only want cleaning done for a brief period; while I am not able to do it (broken back). Now I am wondering why I didn’t do this a long time ago! It frees up valuable time with my family and cuts back on stress! Ahhhhhhh :-)
