Great, clean location. Numerous size units to select from. The property manager is outstanding and always very helpful. Located in downtown Lake Oswego, it is a great location for people in need of storage in that area.

I went today to get my new space was greeted by a very friendly awesome clerk named crystal. She was energetic cracking jokes just having fun. She walked us to the unit showing us everything and explaining rules and still making it fun to be dealing with moving and storage. I can’t wait to spend more time around someone who really went above and beyond to make this a simple easy transaction. Keep her around. :)

Our storage unit here was broken in to some time in the last 2 months (the last time we accessed the unit was mid-​March). The counter employee asked me if the lock on my unit was mine when I stopped by in March, and this struck me as odd, but they in no way warned me that there was a string of break-​ins occurring and that we may want to get a more sturdy lock for our unit.
Fast forward to last Thursday when I went to the unit to get things ready to move for the weekend and found a lock that was not ours on the door. Perplexed and worried about our family heirlooms and other items contained within, we didn’t get much sleep that night as we figured something bad happened. Then, we had to miss work the next day to deal with the situation. I checked in with the office first thing Friday morning and the employee who helped us admitted to the string of break-​ins that has been going on for some time. A bunch of important and a few not so important items are missing from the unit and we discovered our identity was stolen last month which is possibly connected to this incident as well.
Now on to the police report for the theft which took place weeks ago. Then we get to file an insurance claim. Really unhappy with the lack of care and competence this company showed towards us. We fully emptied our unit over the weekend and will never patronize this business or any of their other locations again. This company was negligent in failing to warn its customers that they may want to change out or double up on their locks due to the break-​ins. Saving face and preserving customers by keeping the break-​ins secret was more important to this business than saving a few of the renters from the feeling of being violated and stolen from while they were paying $ 150 a month under the impression they were renting a «secure» storage unit.

Great location, great security, clean facility! I recommend this company & location.
