I have been going to Peacock Cleaners for about 20 years now (ok, you don’t need dry cleaning when you’re 5, but I still went with my dad!). To this day they remember my name every time, and the sweetest couple owns the shop. Now that I live about a half hour drive away, I still bring my dry cleaning and alternations here. There have been multiple times when I have gone to pick up my clothes and am greeted by a triumphant «I got the stain out!» (I am a spiller ha). I recommend them to all! In addition, they are reasonably priced. I’m not sure what more you could ask for!

Super place. Wonderful, friendly, knowledeable couple run the place. I’ve gotten alterations (added pockets to my white coat) and lots of dry cleaning and they have done a fantastic job for a great price. Even helpful in carrying clothes to car!

After reading positive reviews I decided to get my suit dry cleaned from here, which cost $ 12.95. When I wore the suit on Monday morning, I noticed that the top button was snapped in half! Fortunately Nordstrom’s replaced both of the buttons in order to prevent them from mismatching. however, I’m disappointed that now my suit jacket doesn’t have the factory buttons and the replacement bottoms don’t match with the sleeve buttons. If they are going to charge 12.99 they should not cut any corners and should remove the buttons prior to dry cleaning. I called the business to let then know about the broken buttons and this was the reply I got «Nordstrom changed them, so what can I do now». Not even an apology. From my experience all dry cleaners in the Portland area are overpriced, and they always cut corners.

Super nice couple that own the shop. They go out of their way to make customers happy. Quality of dry cleaning is excellent. Always on time. I have been a customer for over eight years. I would not go anywhere else.

Been going here a couple years now. I work at a local restaurant where we prize how great our shirts look and I get asked all the time where my husband and I do our shirts. We drive out of our way twenty minutes just to come here. We tried other places but there was no comparison. The staff at Peacock is fast, friendly, inexpensive and always deliver great product. We’ll never go anyhwere else!

I’ve shopped! Cause I do 20 shirts at a pop. Absolutely the best price. These folks were one of the first to promote environmental friendly laundering. They remember my name, though I come in maybe 6 times a year. A couple of years ago they gave me a box of terrific asian cookies at the holidays. Great business people. Great people.
