Kadel’s Auto Body – Lake Oswego

I can’t say enough about Kadell’s, especially Kevin Malloy. Outstanding service and great work but the most amazing part is how they stand behind their work. 2 ½ years after the repairs were done, my sealed headlight unit began to leak (which they had replaced). Kevin resolved it as fast as my schedule would allow and treated me as if I was his only customer. I will never use any other shop!

After an altercation with a curb in a parking lot, yes the curb won, I had my car towed to another shop. After talking with the crew there, I did not feel comfortable and asked my insurance company for a recommendation. That’s how I got to Kadels.
I am really glad I came here. Their service is excellent. Extremely friendly and informative. They also provide the extra services you would want like a pick up and drop off. They are extremely busy, which I can understand why. I worked with Kevin when I was there and he was great. Really cared.
The car came out great. I’d recommend them to my friends.

So I’m sitting on the side of 405 N during rush hour — my car un-​driveable after an accident. I’m on the phone with my insurer who’s trying to figure out how to get my car off the highway quickly, and while she’s going through the list of local auto body shops she says «Oooooh… there’s a Kadel’s near you!» She’s in Atlanta and I’m wondering how in the world she would know about an auto body shop in Lake Oswego. Well it turns out it’s because there are over 20 Kadel’s locations, and after my experience with them I can see why. The service and the quality of their work is AMAZING.
Kadel’s gives you a contact so you have someone to talk to while they have your car — which in my case was about 3 weeks. My contact was Kevin and he proactively gave me updates twice a week, and returned every call and email from me within the hour. I had one flat tire from the accident which they replaced, and then he offered to drive my car down the street to Firestone to have them replace the other three so I wouldn’t have to (since all of the tires had low tread at the time of the accident). Unbelievable customer service.
If you’re unfortunate enough to need an auto body shop to fix damage to your car, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I took my Hyundai here for a $ 5k repair. Management was very professional and remedied all issues I had with the repair and delivery of the car. They really care about customer satisfaction. Car looks nice.

I backed out of my garage with the back door open. Ooooops! I went to Leif’s and they said there was no way to repair the car with out replacing the door and then having to match the paint. (2,200.00). I was told the same at two other collision repair companies. I went to Kadels because my neighbor had a good experience. They kept my car for a couple hours, gave me a ride home, and called when it was ready. My car looks great, door works perfectly…$ 100.00 out the door. I am so pleased with their honesty. That was a good day!

I had to remove some stars from my rating. I just received a phone call from a Utah number at about 630 PM (read dinner time) asking me about my experience with Kadels. Word of advice guys… if you are going to give my phone number to a third party, then make sure they put some thought into what time they are going to call me. Or, better yet don’t give my phone number out!

Kevin at Kadel’s patiently walked me through the different options I had to get my truck back in working order after being rear-​ended. He worked to find discontinued parts and kept me updated throughout the whole process.
The truck now looks better than it did before the accident. Not only was he helpful, polite and patient, Kevin was able to keep the total bill within my modest budget.
I highly recommend Kevin and Kadel’s for their efficient, friendly, reasonably-​priced service!

We are relatively new to this area and I needed my Odyssey minivan door repaired so when I went to another body shop locally their service was a joke and I tried Kadel’s. What a world of difference. From the very first phone call to schedule an inspection to the time that I walked out with my receipt in hand I was happy to do business there. Kevin gave me my estimate and was more than willing to discuss options in different price ranges and when I went to have it finally repaired they were professional, fast, and always friendly. I would most definitely return in the future if the need arises and I highly recommend them.
