Alas, all good things must come to an end. Changed managers, rents went up and the place looks like hell. Oh, well.

This was a a great place to live before previous managers were fired. I think Norris Stevens must want to have all the tenants move out and go condo I can’;t think of any other reason that they would allow the property to deteriorate in this way. I have lived here for 3 months. For the first 3 weeks my shower drain was blocked. Then I came home from a 12 hour day at work and was walking in raw sewage in the hallway It backed up into my closets and master bedroom also. No professional cleaners were called The resident managers and I did the best we could. I took a day off from work to clean this up. I lost a lot of personal property that was irreplaceable, Trash area is a nightmare Recycling bins always overflowing, so that papers blow all over the area. The first month I lived here, I took my trash to work to throw out in a dumpster because the dumpster was always overflowing. Appliances replaced in the units get left next to the recycling area for a week, until someone calls the city to complain. Resiudents leave items next to recycling and dumpster like furniture that do not get removed until you call the city to complain. Units are older, so you are overrun with ants. Also about $ 200 a month to heat because older windows do not close properly. Bushes are not trimmed so it makes it hard to walk through. I give it one star, because it is a fantastic location. The crowning blow was this week, when the washing machines cannot work until one of the principals from Norris Stevens can come and pick up the quarters. Incidentally, the laundry room is usually filthy and unswept. I thought this would be such a cool place to live. I didn’t realize the landlords didn’t value their property or tenants. Save your money, rent some where else
