My spouse called them to come out to Sherwood and fix two mini blinds in the kitchen. They set up an appointment and came out as agreed. 3 Weeks later one of the strings broke again. We were really busy and we didn’t do anything until 3 Months later when I found the receipt. I sent an e-​mail in the weekend to see if they could do something. On Monday there was a reply saying that they’d come by and fix it at no charge. They called us to set up an appointment and a week later it was fixed. Excellent service.

Had a great experience having DieHard come over and repair various blinds issues. Some were jammed, some huge re-​stringings, and some were small re-​stringings… they did it all and in good time. They arrived as planned and were courteous and diligent and a pleasure to talk to. In the end the price was as estimated and well within reason. I will definitely be sticking with DieHard for all my blinds needs.
