LaVida of Lake Orion is a wonderfully relaxing oasis. I have been a client for several years and look forward to my visits knowing that I will leave feeling blissful. I tell all my friends about their Loyalty Plan because it is such a great deal on all the services.

If you join the monthly massage program everything goes well. After a year and a half I terminated my program last month. Had a headache so went back today and had a good massage. When I asked about resuming my monthly program I was informed that I would need to sign up for three months because I quit. I mentioned that I had paid last month and she again said I would need to sign up for three months. So despite my continued service all that was important as she said the third and forth time was that I would need to sign up for three months. I felt like I was a criminal trying to get away with something rather than continue my monthly program. Total lack of customer service and inability to communicate effectively. I will take my $ 60 each month to a place where customer service is more important.

Great place and a must try! Feels like a spa, massage table sheets are so soft I bought them for home! John provides a great pain relief massage as well. Highly recommended you try LaVida!

If your in need of a prenatal massage I highly recommend Danielle. She is very knowledgeable about which areas can and can’t be massaged while your pregnant. She is also not afraid to do deep tissue which is rare.

I have been going to LaVida since they opened. They have a lot of different therapists and I have tried most of them. Sometimes I want a deep tissue and sometimes I just want a nice relaxation massage. The loyalty plan is great! Where else can you get a nice massage in a nice place for under 50 bucks. Love it!

I’ve been coming in here for a few months now and am enjoying every minute of it. The reception girls are friendly every time I come in. My first massage therapist was «a talker», I’m there to relax, not to have a get to know you session. My second time back, I requested someone else and have been going to her ever since. Vanessa does a great job and offers tips and suggestions if she notices a certain area that stands out and helps you correct it before it gets worse (and she’s quiet). I also had a Jet Peel on my face, just to test the waters before I got the Chemical Peel. Both didn’t really seem to do much for my face. The sun damage spots are still there, so I am a bit skeptical on that. The gal that did it tho was great, very friendly as well. The massages are now a monthly treat for me, so I recommend those and the price won’t disappoint either.
