Terra Mia Italian Restaurant You don’t need to go to Italy to enjoy real Italian food! Terra Mia Italian Restaurant was established in 2009 by Ernesto Lo Russ from Naples Italy. He created Terra Mia to satisfy all those who know, love, and desire Italian food. It is located on 1050 South 750 East in Orem, Utah. Terra Mia has the most authentic Neapolitan pizza and Italian food in Utah! They import ingredients to recreate the flavors found in Italy. Their food is made with fresh ingredients. They use fresh tomatoes to make their own sauce, an old fashioned oven cooks the pizza in less than five minutes. Their menu has a variety of pizzas, salads, and pastas. Also they have the most delicious gelato with innumerous flavors. Terra Mia has amazing space to sit their guests. The atmosphere is delightful. The environment is clean and comfortable with indoor and outdoor tables. They have awesome live music! The owner hosts free concerts on Wednesday. Their services is a counter service where they make all guests welcome. They always greet their guests politely. They are also professional and friendly. People said that the price is over priced but for me the price is perfect because of the high quality. The whole experience in Terra Mia was amazing and pleasant. Terra Mia is a great place to take your family and friends. You should try it sometime, I guarantee you will have delicious food, a great service, and a wonderful time. By Lucy Oliveira

Came to eat some Italian and was not disappointed. The Stromboli was really good and filling. The bread and everything was fresh and ever so tasty. The salad and bread that came before the main was very good too! The entire lunch was only $ 8.03! That price makes this a truly need to do experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very café feeling as well. The wait staff is very good and helpful. A must go if you are in the area.

I’m so happy I found out about Terra Mia. Being from Brooklyn, N. Y. I’m a little spoiled when it comes to good food and after trying so many restaurants in the area and ending up sick to my stomach someone told me I had to try Terra Mia and I was so happy I did. When we first walked in I felt like I was in a restaurant in N.Y. because it was small but cozy. We waited about 20 minutes on a Friday evening to be seated and I personally don’t think that that’s a long wait and it was so worth it. The waiter was awesome and the food was delicious. This is my new go to Italian restaurant in Lake Mary. Trust me… you won’t be disappointed!!!

I had a great time at Terra Mia! The restaurant is very small and it has a true European feel to it. Although my experience was pleasant, my only bad observation is that they were a bit disorganized with their sitting chart. Like any other restaurant that has a long wait for tables, they jot down my name and said the wait was 10 min, which was great for such a small place. However, because they do not have a hostess, anyone that arrived after us could be seated before, since the other servers were not checking the names on the waiting list. I had to intervene so they wouldn’t sit a group of 4 people before my party of 3. The food was delicious! I highly recommend the lentil soup. I also ordered the Parma Prosciutto & Buffala Mozzarella and it was not disappointing at all! I also tried a little bit of my boyfriend’s Gnocchi and it was very very good! Our server was very nice and constantly made sure we were satisfied with our food. Definitely going back for some pizza! It seemed to be very popular.

Probably the best Italian restaurant in Orlando. Owner is Italian and very invested in his business. He is always at the restaurant and it shows in both the service and the quality of the food. U will be welcomed by bread and olive oil. Wine selection is adequate. Food is prepared in an open kitchen by an energetic staff. I like sitting at the bar and enjoy watching the chef(Italian himself) at work. If you like seafood, get the mussels as an appetizer and zuppa di pesce as an entrée. The braised short ribs are always delicious. And pizzas are as authentic as they come — same quality as the pizza I’ve had in Italy. Pros: great authentic Italian food, great service Cons: none

This place is one of my local favorites! Great pizza, great pasta, friendly staff. Wine list is limited but a few nice selections are available. It’s a small place and does not take reservations. They do extend the space to the patio, which is my preference. I recommend the carbonara! It’s cooked perfectly every time! This is not an easy dish, not made correctly you end up with scrambled eggs in your pasta instead of a lovely, creamy sauce. The chicken ravioli with pesto(usually served as a special) is also delicious. Honestly, I’ve been so many times and my friends and I always enjoy everything!

Best thin crust pizza in the area! I’m a New Yorker and a foodie, so I know good Italian food! This place has delicious food, very authentic and nice size portions. I order in from here at least once a week!

Another great Lk Mary/Heathrow area place for lunch or dinner. The gnocchi is the best I’ve had that wasnt made by someones nonna, & comes with creamy basil marinara that would be wonderful on its own as a cream of tomato soup. The pizza, made in a real brick oven, is the best in the area, the crust is hand tossed, with crispy edges & quality toppings. Try the salmon & caper pizza. They usually have a fresh fish of the day, which was grouper last time we were there. It was a large serving of fresh fish with a sauce of cream, wine & crab meat, more than i could finish, had to take some home. The clams & linguine as well as the mussels are both great dishes, with the perfect amount of fresh garlic, all very fresh. Fresh bread with olive oil is offered as soon as you are seated & refilled thru out your meal if desired. Sides of sautéed vegetables are also standard, & fresh & delicious. Everything we’ve tried has been super. The café is small, but has a nice little outdoor seating area, as well as bar seating. The surroundings are clean & modern, but comfy. It’s usually bustling with upbeat diners & people picking up take out & has a happy hum to it, lots of energy. Feels unlike central Florida, reminds me of the authentic italian places in NYC. The staff has been super attentive & polite, very professional. We’ve never made it to dessert, but desserts look really good. It would probably be a nice place to go for their great cappuccino or espresso & something sweet if you’re so inclined. Terra Mia gets packed during peak times, so plan accordingly. But if you are in the Heathrow area, check it out. We’ve never had a bad experience here & would definitely recommend Terra Mia…

Our favorite Italian restaurant in Orlando! We order takeout pizza every Monday as we have designated it TeraMiaMondays. Expect to see some burnt edges on the crust as is a result of the brick fire baking process. Eating in is small and charming like you would expect from a neighborhood eatery in Little Italy. Don’t let the pizza fool you. This is not a pizza place serving pasta. It is a fine kitchen creating homespun dishes. From the hand sliced bread, to standards like lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs to Osa Bucca and spaghetti carbonara: the richness and detail will impress. Come with high expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Brick oven pizza to me means a nice charred crust from an oven that is wood burning or coal fired. What they serve here might have a brick façade but that is about the extent of it and has nothing to do with the product that you get. The margherita pizza I ordered had a nice thin crust and was tasty however it tasted like countless other typical«cheese pizzas» I have gotten in the past from a regular oven. The restaurant itself had a nice atmosphere and I give them 5 stars for the bread they serve. Pasta dishes that I saw looked good and maybe just the pizza is a miss?

This is my new favorite restaurant! I absolutely love this place! The pasta is fresh and amazing and the pizza is perfect and flavorful. It is so hard for me to decide between pizza and pasta here because they’re both awesome… my husband and I usually just order both because they’re both so good. I can’t say enough good things about this place, I love it!

Really loved this pizza place! They have truly tasty pizza– it’s in the top 3 I’ve had in Florida. Price: on the high side for a regular place around here. However, the pizza is worth it and the wait staff is excellent! Everyone in the place is constantly checking in and waiting on the tables. You never go without refills or service-Top notch customer service! Food: excellent! I have nothing but amazing things to say Atmosphere: High class. Very beautifully decorated with a cozy feel. I walked in and felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant. Overall: Terra Mia should be your check stop when you’re looking for pizza.

Very cute little place for dinner. Perhaps too small though. I have been a few times, however it is always cramped and a bit uncomfortable. I feel that the bar is too close to the regular dining area, however the building is too small to add any more separation between them. With regards to the food, the pizza is phenomenal. Unfortunately, the calamari is far from it. It was uncomfortably chewy which made me just tired of eating it. I also had muscles which were nothing out of this world. If you want pizza, I highly recommend Terra Mia! However, if you want typical Italian dishes such as calamari or muscles, save yourself the crowded little room and endless chewing!

Terra Mia serves quality and flavorful Italian food. I tried the Spaghetti Alla Carbonara and it was very close to what you would typically find in Italy(I lived there for 10 years). The dish was creamy, flavorful, and full of meaty pieces of pancetta. If I lived in the Lake Mary area I would visit this restaurant on a regular basis.

Went here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. After today, we have a new favorite Italian place. Everything from the bread to dessert was exquisite. The food was light, FRESH, and tasty. Service was superb and the tiramisu was to die for! Plan to return very soon!

I have been twice now — once for lunch for a coworker’s birthday and once for dinner. The first time(lunch) was dreadfully slow. Granted, there were 8 of us, but it took 8 hours. The food was excellent. The second time, last week for dinner, was wonderful. Our server(a young man going to college whose name I cannot remember) was wonderful! He was very attentive, chatty and funny, and was very accommodating when we asked to be moved inside. There was a couple sitting next to my pregnant friend and I chain smoking and we couldn’t handle it any longer. He immediately moved us inside and made us feel comfortable and not at all guilty about the request. We shared the arugula and prosciutto salad, which was huge and absolutely delicious, and I had the eggplant parmesan, which was equally as delicious. Instead of the eggplant being fried, like it normally is, it was almost like a lasagna. Layers and layers of thinly cut eggplant with cheese and sauce. It was perfect! I will definitely go back again — the food was super yummy!

Amazing, amazing, absolutely AMAZING! Hands down. Best Italian food we’ve ever had. Close to Italy as it gets. We tried the Caprese salad, the Capricciosa pizza, the cappuccino and close with the tartufo gelato. We are definitely be back and tell friends. Amazing experience!!!

This is our favorite pizza/Italian restaurant. We love the mozzarella and prosciutto salad and I’ve tried to make mock versions at home. The flavors are very fresh and nothing seems to be prepared too in advance. The bread and oil is great that is brought out to the table and the appetizers are fairly large. We had a mix up with a delivery order and they were able to mend it at our next visit. Overall, the service is great, but if the restaurant has a line, they make you feel like you need to get out ASAP.

I’m so glad this place exists in the culinary void that is the corner of H E Thomas Jr Parkway and International Parkway. TerraMia is an Italian gem and not because it’s surrounded by mediocre restaurants, but because it is legitimately a good Italian restaurant. They have great lunch specials which makes for more manageable portion and wallet controls. Their pizzas are so far my favorites, but their pastas are pretty good, too. They start you off with bread service and trust me, you do not want to pass on this! Service is mostly great, and it helps that one of my coworkers know them pretty well. We’ve only had one server that was somewhat lackluster. Definitely recommended, and they’re usually pretty quick for lunch, too.
