Mark, Tyler and the team at Streamline did a great job helping me pick colors and painting our home. We highly recommend them!

Both Mark and Tyler were very easy to communicate with and most importantly, they followed through with everything they said they’d do. We got the estimate from Mark, and Tyler followed through with overseeing the paint job of our house in the 3 day time span as promised, and the painters were neat, quiet, and did a great job. We have a two story house that had been neglected in the paint department, and the siding needed patching in many areas. Tyler himself also came back and made a point of replacing some aged and split siding that we weren’t thrilled with as a part of the job even though he didn’t have to and was clearly very busy with other jobs. These guys really follow through with their word, and are very responsive via text and e-​mail. Just a pleasure to work with, and definitely recommended. I’ve had many contractors work on our home over the years, and I now refuse to use anyone who is not on Unilocal.These guys don’t pressure you to write reviews for them as well, unlike some. They are awesome!

I had some minor paint chipping around the fascia of my two-​story house and our HOA was all over us before we even knew it was an issue.
So I contacted multiple companies on Unilocal for estimates. Since we were only given four weeks to fix the problem, the pressure was on and you’d think I’d end up being gouged because of that. Of six companies I contacted, only two came out for estimates (everyone else was booked months out). Mark from Streamline came out first, was on time, and really friendly and gave us a quick estimate. Not knowing much about the general price of these jobs, I was able to get one other estimate. The second estimate was hundreds more than Mark’s!
Needless to say, this was a no-​brainer. I contacted him back to schedule and they got me scheduled for the work the following week. They came nice and early, finished the job, and were cleaned up and gone before 3pm, They even painted a little more area than I was originally quoted to keep the color consistent around that area, which I really appreciated.
We will definitely contact them the next time we have any painting needs.

PAINTING ARTISANS!!! WOULD HIRE AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
Exterior wood of our home was in bad shape from 15-​years of neglect. Perused Unilocal Reviews in search of Quality painters — Local w/​No Subcontractors, Experienced, & (most importantly) an Emphasis on Wood Prep.
Streamline was a definite Contender. Owner Mark is a 3^rd-​generation painter of 28+ years, learning the trade from his Pa + Grandpa. Project Mgr Tyler gained his exposure alongside Mark, as long-​time childhood buddies.
STREAMLINE WAS, HANDS DOWN, THE BEST!!! Their Paint Bid was in-​line w/​the others, yet Mark & Tyler brought to the table Invaluable Bonus Skills:
… 1) COLOR EXPERTISE. Main home color already decided upon, so didn’t think Tyler’s discerning eye mattered. WRONG. An aspect we did not consider: How chosen color incorporated into the surroundings. (Via large 11“x14″ samples painted up on wall) Tyler illustrated his concern: Our color was too close (tonally) to that of our Neighbor’s (the 1^st to challenge HOA’s «acceptable» palette, their home gorgeously updated w/​darker stucco) — in effect, «diminishing & competing w/​their unique exterior.» Had we gone w/​our original color idea, we would’ve (at the very least) experienced a delay in HOA approval or (much worse) caused irreparable strained relations w/​said Neighbor. Final (lighter) Color was complimented by them («thanks for considering us!») & approved by HOA in record time.
… 2) CARPENTRY EXPERTISE as Licensed General Contractors — the only company able & willing to do Partial Rebuild of Patio Cover. All other contenders deemed PC unsalvageable (too extensively damaged from wood rot), recommending replacement by an outside PC Expert. Mark, in contrast, proposed: «Keep what’s good (Vertical Supports, deemed structurally sound); Rebuild what’s bad (Entire Horizontal Top); Improve upon original (e.g. Use 2“x4″ lumber, not 2“x3″, to provide better sun coverage & prevent warping.») New rebuilt PC is SOOO much nicer — at a $ 1500 SAVINGS over PC Expert’s Bid!!!
… 3) NOTEWORTHY PROJECT MANAGEMENT — Witnessing Tyler in action throughout PC Top’s Teardown & Rebuild from Scratch. It was Fluidity in Motion”: a remarkable, well-​oiled machine in its efficiency — everyone on task, in constant motion. (Nobody standing around, twiddling their thumbs!) Tyler delegated in an authoritative manner. It was obvious he had the respect of his entire crew, which included (for this complex job) 2^nd-​generation painter, Mark’s Dad!!! Earning the respect of his Mentor — that, in itself, speaks the world of Tyler & his abilities as a Project Mgr! (No surprise, therefore, that painting phase proceeded like clockwork.)
What WAS surprising, however, were the lengths Tyler went to assure our complete satisfaction:
… 1) PERFECTION OF PATIO COVER’S TOP. There are natural imperfections of outdoor lumber, even contractor-​grade Gunahl. But these imperfections (as seen from 2^nd floor window) stood out as Cavities for H2O to collect + cause wood rot issue again. Crew, therefore, took extra time & care to level each & every one.
… 2) METICULOUS REPAIR + PREP OF ALL EXPOSED EAVES. Their neglected deterioration was of major concern. A fellow neighbor, at great expense, had to lift + expose portions of their Roof — to access the damaged-​beyond-​repair Eaves (roof support) situated underneath. Already had to replace much of Patio Cover, so was terrified of this same scenario w/​our Eaves. Guys, therefore, painstakingly addressed every cracking Eave (on all 4 sides of our 2-​story home!).
… 3) INSTALLATION OF NEW LIGHTING (suggested by Mark). Problems were encountered w/​the garage lights, necessitating an Electrician’s Consult. Expert found problem to be our electrical wiring — a commingled mess. We were not asked reimbursement for this necessary consult… Also, Tyler & Electrician helped install new Post Lights onto entry pillars, lights that weren’t removed for painting.
Streamline did an AMAZING job — THANK YOU!!! House looks beautiful w/​its new Color scheme, new Patio Cover, newly-​patched Eaves, new complimentary updated Lights. And, because meticulous time was devoted toward Wood Prep, I know all exposed woods will be protected from the elements for years to come! Thanks to Unilocalers for pointing us in their direction! Highly recommend — Mark & Tyler are SKILLFUL METICULOUS ARTISANS under the guise of Painters.

Streamline Painting are craftsmen. Mark and Tyler are true professionals that work with you to ensure that you are happy with the end result. From the first meeting with Mark to the daily visits from Tyler until the job was done, we felt very comfortable working with them. Tyler was always on time and always available whenever we called, emailed, or tested him. They truly epitomize customer service and we are extremely happy with the work they provided.

I cannot begin to describe the positive experience we had with Streamline Painting. I am SO HAPPY we found them (and feel so lucky that our circumstances worked out the way they did). My husband and I were in a very difficult circumstance because we had booked another painter to paint the interior of our new home, but he cancelled on us at the last second. Literally. The other painter texted us to cancel 10 minutes before we were planning to meet at our house to do a walk through and final estimate.
We turned to Unilocal.We found Streamline Painting, and on a SUNDAY morning, we gave them a call. Whereas every other painting company we called on a Sunday morning was CLOSED, we were so lucky that Mark actually answered the phone. What’s even more amazing is that he agreed to meet us at our place in Newport Beach within an hour. No other painting company provided us that level of immediate service. Mark understood the time pressure we were under, and he made us his priority.
Mark was on time (actually, he was early!) and we did the walk through. He gave us an estimate right then and there, and he also gave us some great suggestions. We were looking to paint only the walls of three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs, but since we were brand new homeowners, we decided the whole place needed a fresh coat of paint throughout. We stretched ourselves to make that happen, but we’re so pleased with the final product that my husband and I both agree it was worth every penny (and double worth it to be rid of the headache we created due to our time pressured deadline and tenants moving in).
Tyler and his crew showed up as planned and they made everything happen. I am so incredibly happy with both the quality of their job and their timeliness. The painters were very skilled, pleasant, and careful with our home. They taped and draped everything. My husband and I are quite discerning people and I remember criticizing the original paint job that our new home had when we first bought it. I could find something wrong with anything. But not after Streamline Painting was done with our place. It looked brand new. They did such a great job patching up all the holes in the walls from picture frames and large mirrors, too.

Needed to get my house painted and I had no idea who to go with. Checked reviews on Unilocal and found Streamline. So glad that I did! Mark came out on a Monday to check out the house. (He had a couple of suggestions to add to the look of the house. And he was right on. The extra fixes made a huge difference.) I had a quote by that night. By Wednesday I got a call from Tyler and we set up a start date. And by the next Monday, work had begun. Tyler is extremely knowledgeable about colors and how they will work with other colors. If left to my own devices, I would have chosen a color that would have clashed with my roof because I NEVER would have thought about that! With his help, we picked a color that I probably never would have chosen, but that makes the house look amazing! I cannot say enough about these guys. They and their entire crew are super nice, very professional and do one hell of a good job.

This is long overdue. Had these guys quote painting and they assisted in some renovations on a newly purchased house. The timeline was tight as we were trying to get the work before moving in. Mark helped narrow the scope down and advised ways to make the project go smoothly, even though he knew I was going to competitively bid the work.
When bids came back, Streamline was not the lowest bidder, but they were close. What separates them was the added value they brought to the project and that paid off in spades. They even delivered tools to my house to make my portion of the work easier. Tyler (project manager) was over daily to check on progress and everything came in on time. It was a major relief because I was also having floors done right afterward.
Use these guys. You won’t be sorry. They care and do what they say they will. Not the case with many of the contractors I’ve dealt with.

We recently purchased an older home in Irvine that needed painting nearly every room and removing the popcorn ceiling from the living room and 2 bedrooms. After looking and talking with other companies for the best value and service, we decided with Streamline Painting. They did a great job throughout the house. They were competitively priced and they completed the work on schedule. I would recommend Streamline Painting to anyone… actually, I hired them again after we moved in. After several years of renters, my home in a gate guarded community in Monarch Beach looked run down and nowhere near ready to list for sale. With the peak summer season approaching, only one OC contractor was able to paint every inch of the property inside and out by my realtor’s deadline: Streamline. The upfront estimate by Mark was fair and fast. The project management by Tyler was even better than I could have hoped. All of their crew were courteous and meticulous. Tyler’s feel for colors and trends helped me choose a scheme that drew rave reviews from potential buyers and realtors. I wound up with a solid sales contract for well more than my list price after only one day on MLS. Streamline generated a tremendous return on my investment, updating the property’s look on time and on budget. Tyler’s team even put three coats of primer on my garage for free!

Streamline painting did an absolutely fabulous job on the interior of my new home. Tyler was very easy to work with and very honest and forthcoming on the timeframe and cost of the job. Just had the exterior of our house painted. All I can say is this company is AMAZING!!! Mark came to do the estimate (which the price was extremely fair and competitive) and was very honest and straightforward. Tyler and his crew were awesome! Tyler was super responsive and helped us pick out the paint colors. He and his crew were very professional, showed up on time everyday, cleaned up everyday and even finished the project early! Wow, these guys are amazing. Mark gave me a fair price for an excellent end result. Tyler helped us pick out the right color scheme and made sure the job was done as specified and on time. The crew was super clean, they took 2 days just to clean, caulk, mask off and lay down spill paper to make sure to protect my pavers. They didn’t rinse out their brushes in my planters or sinks like other painters have, they clean their brushes at their shop after a job. Every aspect of my job was outstanding, I would recommend these guys without question.

We had a great experience with Streamline Painting. Mark and Tyler were great with communicating with me every step of the way. Alfredo, Pasten and Marcos were always on time every morning, clean and neat and sweet as can be. We had the exterior painted and it looks fantastic!

Mark from Streamline Painting was professional, efficient, friendly and gave us a good price when we needed some rooms painted in our home. He was thorough and even replaced an old vent cover with a new one on his own because the old one had been painted over.

Streamline Painting & Coatings just finished at our home. We suffered through a re-​piping of our home, which required us to repaint the ceiling and some rooms, (as well as the garage).
We got three estimates on the painting, and Streamline was very competitive, but what made us decide on them was Mark’s attitude. He spent quite a while discussing the job, making sure we knew exactly what would be done. Not only did they do an OUTSTANDING job, Mark gave us tips on colors that were phenomenal. Makes the house look completely different, and what an improvement!
We were on a very tight timeline, and required them to start almost immediately, and that’s just what they did. Alberto and the crew were always on time, courteous, and clean.
We are very pleased with their work, and we are VERY PARTICULAR.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark, Tyler and their crew of painters. They just completed painting the exterior of my house and made my 30 year old home look better than new. Their attention to detail was amazing, Alberto even rehung the birdhouse on my front porch.

We hired Streamline Painting to remove our popcorn ceiling after our roommate had moved out. Mark, Tyler, and team did a great job and had better pricing than other contractors which I had called for bidding. They were very communicative/​responsive and set the correct expectations in terms of timing, scope of work, and level of effort.
Cleanup could have been better (the team missed putting back some vent covers and left behind some items), but overall, We’re happy with the work done. Would definitely hire/​refer them for future painting jobs.

OMG! I thought I already had the best painters around but then I found Streamline and their team. Fantastic job of painting all interior walls and ceilings. They not only delivered on very short notice, they were also very competitively priced and totally exceeded my expectations.
