Sport Clips

I’m new to the area and so I was looking for a new barbershop. I came across this shop I called ahead to make sure there isn’t any wait and so the girl told me there wasn’t so I started heading there.
Haircut was okay she asked me if there is anything else I wanted to change in my hair cut after de was done and I said yea, are you going to shave the sides and the back? I had asked for a bald low fade. She says «no we don’t shave here»
I was surprised and instantly didn’t like it. But I said okay just finish.
Time to pay and the lady that was cutting my hair headed me over to the cashier and starts telling me how much it’s going to be and then another women I’m assuming is the manager comes over and my total goes up higher? Wtf!
I paid and I left last time I come here.
I’m from long beach and I paid $ 10 for a haircut always looked clean and they shave.

The stylists are very talented and friendly. I’m always happy with my son’s haircut. I do however wish that you would extend the child price to 14 years of age. I might have to rethink where I take him when he turns thirteen to save money.

Very clean and welcoming. Been to previous location and always professional and nice.

I had a great experience with Anita, she really made an effort to make my hair look the best it possibly could. Have a conversation with her was great and I plan to see her again soon.

I got my hair cut at this Sports Clips tonight by Trevor. He gave me a great haircut and we talked about some interesting stuff. Always cool when you can have good conversation with your hairdresser.

M&M (Michelle) sure does know how to keep my hair under control. I went in after waiting way too long for a cut and she had no problem getting it back to what it should look like. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time too. Great conversation, wonderful haircut, and fun atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back sooner than later for my next cut. Thanks again.

I have now been going to Sports Clips for over a year now. Each stylist does a great job of giving me the cut that I am asking for. Leigh has cut my hair the last couple of times and did an awesome job. I also take my son there and he always enjoys going there because he has a great experience. I will continue to go to Sports Clips and would recommend it to anyone. Get the MVP treatment, you will not be disappointed.

Very busy place that seems to specialize in kids haircuts. This place is not a barber so don’t come here looking for a shave.
Very nice and clean inside. Just not the haircut I was looking for. And the beard trim was less than adequate.
I do not recommend to anyone who is particular about your cut.

Having just moved into the area from Oceanside, I searched for the nearest Sport Clips. I was greeted by Krystal, and she gave me a great haircut experience. I will not hesitate to visit this location, and I hope that Krystal will be there. What a great place!
Had another great haircut, this time from Barbara (Barb 6). I will be back !!!

Melissa is awesome! She has a talent for detail and is very focused. Apart from the amazing job she does performing the perfect cut, you’ll immediately notice her great sense of humor and welcoming smile. Ask for Melissa next time you are at Sports Clips.
The entire staff at Sports Clips is friendly, welcoming and professional. Obviously, the place is geared towards a sports enthusiast customer base, but you’ll certainly feel taken care of and relaxed when you first walk-​in — regardless of whether you follow sports or not. Services such as shoulder massages and washes are a great deal and will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to get back to your day.

Recently relocated to Orange County from TX where I had seen the same stylist for 5 yrs at my local Sport clips. Interestingly enough the decision to move caused less anxiety than who was going to be my next stylist. Found this location, it is close to work, visited with several girls and as hoped and expected received the very same excellent service as back in Houston.
Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and well trained not only on the hair cutting, but also on hair care products available at their locations.

First time for son and I. Not our last. Great experience. Customer service was great and not a long wait and boy does my son look handsome. No help for me but for sure him. 5 stars for sure!

Lots of 5 star reviews because the stylists get a bonus for every 5-​star review with their name so customers get guilted into giving far more stars than are deserved.
DO NOT BUY A SEASON PASS! This is a pre-​paid card for future haircuts. I bought one and moved before I had used it up and they refuse to transfer it to the Sport Clips near me. Unlike every other franchise on the planet their customer card is only good at one location. So I either have to drive all the way back to this location or I’m out $ 100. Thanks for reaming me up the backside, Sport Clips. I guess stealing my money is your idea of customer service.
Sport Clips supposedly lives by the mottos: Do what’s right, Do your best and Treat others the way they want to be treated. Management at this location believes in none of these things and should be ashamed of the crappy way they treat customers as should the corporate office who did not respond to the two emails I submitted to them regarding this issue.
Before they screwed me I did like one stylist who worked here — she did a good job.

Visited last week for the first time. I had no idea it was really «Sports» themed! That’s pretty cool.
Brenda was my stylist and she did a great job. Since it was my first visit she gave me the «MVP treatment.» I have to say, that’s really unique, I’ve never done anything like this. A massage chair, scalp massage and a hot towel.
Really cool! Definitely coming back:)

After a very bad experience I had at another Sport Clips location closer to my home, I was hesitant to give them another try. But as I’ve been going to sport clips in different locations for the past 10 years for haircuts, their excellent service and MVP is what I’ve grown used to, so I decided to give a new Sport Clips location a try today.
And I’d just like to say: I’m really glad I did!
Quyen helped me out today and from the get go she was extremely friendly and made excellent conversation. I noticed that she took care during my hair cut to not nick my neck with the razor (you have no idea how many times this has happened before at another location) all the while carrying on a pleasant conversation that really made time fly.
The shampoo and scalp massage was done with care too. I’ve noticed at other locations they rush through this step, but she really took the time to make sure my hair was squeaky clean.
Our conversation carried on for a minute at the register and I made sure to tip her well for a job well done.
Overall this has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve had getting a hair cut. Quyen really made sure to take the time to notice attention to detail, avoid any mishaps and had an awesome and friendly personality while doing so.
Best of all my experience here has put faith back in to the Sport Clips name. I will gladly drive the 15 – 20 minutes to see Quyen rather than return to the other location I used to frequent (which was only 5 minutes away).

First time visitor and Michelle did a wonderful job!
Walked in, put my name down and within 5 minutes it was my turn.
Got the MVP experience for 20 $ rather than 25 $.
She did everything I asked for and the whole experience was very relaxing and comforting.
The massage chair, the shampoo massage, everything was great.

I’ll go nowhere else. They have Unilocal discounts when you check in. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do a good job giving haircuts.
They even save in their system the style of the haircut in case you forget.
I used to switch barbers and haircuts but I have certainly found my place. I recommend the MVP haircut but don’t forget to check-​In to get the Unilocal discount.
