Got lucky and got another invite to this place. Another fantastic meal. Prime rib cooked perfect and something new for me in the form of mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. The texture was not as fine but the flavor was awesome. I’m told the calories are less than half. Watermelon salad with basil and Feta was a nice refreshing starter.

I was fortunate enough to get another invite to Rebel Roadhouse. Guest Chef Paul made the most amazing, tender pulled pork. I wish I had leftovers to take home. I hopeI get invited soon.

Pretty good enviroment and nice and cool on a hot day like today. Lemonade was great and while we just had appetizers, service was quick snd attentive. Clearly goibg between the lunch rush and the dinner crush has its benefits.

Got invited to this awesome pop up… pork roast with chimichurri, bahn mi and Cuban orange sauce. We also had excellent spicy rice with mushrooms and broccoli salad and fresh fruit macerated with Grand Marnier with cream anglaise. My compliments to the chef.

I was invited here by a dear friend. Pork tenderloin, mac and cheese, and asparagus were on the menu for the night. The pork was cooked perfectly and extremely tender. The mac and cheese was delicious and asparagus remains my favorite vegetable ever. The food was absolutely delicious and I hope I am invited again in the near future!

My boyfriend and I were invited by someone we know in California(we’re in Texas). We decided to take a trip, and we were not disappointed! ! The chef grilled these fabulous 30-day aged Ribeyes, served on gorgeous cutting boards(I believe from White Otter Pen Co.), and served them with scalloped potatoes and a spicy, roasted head of cauliflower. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate, and we will definitely be back!

What can I say, the food is absolutely amazing. The chefs knows how to please the palate. Turkey three ways; grilled, rotisseried, and fried. All were juicy and full of flavor. What made it all the better was that it was free-ranged; there is no flavor like it. Accompanied the turkey were an array assortment of sides and appetizers… all delicious. Hats off to the chefs and I’m excited for my next feast here.
