I have never been as satisfied as I am. Your wonderful crew took the time to talk to my wife about what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and even showed her several dirty and nasty ducts. Your crew took to the tall challenge of cleaning ~18 years of yucky stuff from the ducts and succeeded with flying colors. What amazes me is the shocking increase in the air velocity (at least 2x) from the various registers on the floors.
Straight forward up front no-​add-​on pricing, detail oriented, friendly… what more can you ask for. I will be using Mr Duct again in a few years.
