I spent six months or so back in 2014 doing business in the OC so I got to know a lot of local hotels and restaurants. Unfortunately I also visited the hospital a few times due to me running out of some important medication and also at one point a lower back problem. Two of these visits was to this particular Kaiser.
I only dealt with Urgent Care here, but it was fast and efficient. Best thing was the pharmacy which took about 15 minutes.
The parking lot is large but watch the one way signs when driving behind it.
The biggest issue with this place is that it is hard to find, being up a hill and off behind some industrial buildings. But I’ll bet the hospital room views are great.

Minus 5 stars is more like it. This pharmacy is a joke. I call and order my refills, I get here the next Dan like I was told to do and they don’t have my pills. I’ve told them since feb of 2015 that I’ll be in every month so please make sure you have them in stock. Apparently this is a hard thing for them! Use another pharmacy, I know I will… Horrid!

We go to this location if we can to avoid the crowd. It is always good without any lines. The only problem their hours are pretty limited especially the pharmacy hours. Needs to be extended beyond the 8 – 5 hours for working families. But overall this is great location and great service.

Brand new clinic in the Foothill Ranch community. Very limited to the service but I hear this place will be offering more in the future once they’re all settled in and more Doctors are placed in this facility. For now, its a great place for fast service due to the numbers of patience who are still unaware of its opening. Hours are limited but Mission Viejo isn’t too far of a drive if you’re in need of Urgent Care or Pharmaceutical services past 5pm. Overall I think this place is a great addition to the nearby residence for small services such as laboratory, pharmacy, and doctors appointment services.
