I bought a golf cart for my dad back in January. The communication with Kyle was great. We went with an older cart but updated the batteries to brand new. Recently I thought we were having issues with the cart and called up Kyle. He helped me troubleshoot and we figured out it was an issue with the charger.
Even though charger was out of warranty, Kyle went ahead and sent me a new one. What great service!!!
When I call the business and leave a message, I always get a response within 20 minutes. For anyone looking to get a cart, please check with Apex first. Prices are reasonable and I do not think the service here can be beat.

Found and used Apex Golf Carts because of their Unilocal reviews. Their customer service was highly touted on Unilocal and I was not disappointed. They came out when promised and serviced my cart. They are courteous and professional.

My golf cart has dead batteries and I thought I needed a new charger. I called Apex due to seeing their Unilocal reviews and asked about fixing my 36V Powerwise charger vs buying a new one. While discussing, Kyle asked me if I ran the golf cart dead. Yes, the kids were out driving around and had to push it home — batteries dead. So he explained that before I spend $ 300 on a new charger, I should charge the batteries with a 12V battery charger and see if the charger then works. Chargers sometimes utilize a safety mechanism that won’t allow charging totally depleted batteries. I bought a black-​n-​decker 12V battery charger for $ 18, hooked that up to give a little power to the batteries and wala — his recommendation worked! My power wise charger works fine so need new to replace it. One of the mounts on a battery had torn off so I also had Kyle come out and replace the battery and install a power meter. Very reasonable pricing and wonderful service.

Kyle’s HONEST explanation regarding the charging situation was the best customer service I could hope for. I don’t know much about golf cart batteries and was looking to possibly fix or replace a charger that is perfectly fine. His honestly saved me $ 300 bucks and now I have a perfectly running golf cart again. BTW — I called another golf cart company here in south OC and with the same exact conversation, was told to buy a new charger.
I HIGHLY recommend Apex.

At some point each Unilocaler has come across a business which inspires them to create an account, write their first review (positive or negative) and finally give back to the community of these reviews we all use. Kyle, the owner of Apex Golf Carts, was that business for me. I recently brought our golf cart from the desert (where we had a terrible experience with a cart company). Although the cart worked, the batteries were on their last legs and since our intention was to sell the cart (currently on ebay) we figured biting the bullet and buying a new set of batteries was the best course of action. So I got on the phone, made a couple calls and was told by both those local cart businesses that it’d be at least 2 weeks for them to be able to come out and install new batteries. My third call however was to Apex and Kyle is the one who answered. I told him what we were looking for and our intentions with the cart and after he gave me a couple different prices on battery options (better priced than my previous 2 calls), I asked him when he could schedule to install them… his answer…”how about today?” WOW! That was music to my ears! Within a few hours of my call to Apex, Kyle arrived, on time, at 5:30 and he proceeded to do a great, clean installation of some beautiful new batteries. This truly was a WOW experience for me, especially in comparison to the fiasco of shadiness we had to deal with in Palm Desert! If you’re looking for anything golf cart related and Apex is on your call list, save yourself some time and just make them your first call, they’ll get it right for you! Thanks Kyle!

THESE GUYS ARE GOOD. My husband and I were driving home from the golf course one Friday evening and our golf cart, an EZGO RXV, suddenly seized up… came to a complete dead stop… the wheels locked up and we couldn’t move it. We called AAA and had them tow it to our house. My husband called a local golf cart company which services Laguna Woods and he was told repair appointments were being made for 11 days out — this was not going to work for us, so I googled other golf cart repair services and found Apex Golf Carts. They had four recent 5-​star reviews on Unilocal so my husband gave them a call. He spoke with Kyle who immediately knew what the problem was… the back battery’s negative terminal had melted. Kyle gave him some options and promised an onsite mechanic within 3 hours… we got Monte within 90 minutes. Monte confirmed Kyle’s diagnosis and said he could repair the original battery if we wanted to save some money or they could provide a brand new battery and fix it long-​term. We opted for the new battery and Kyle brought over a new Trojan battery (to match the other ones on the cart) and within an hour the new battery was installed, the melted cable replaced and we were back up and running. Apex Golf provided FRIENDLY, superior service and a cost effective on-​site repair for less than $ 200.00 with same day service. UNBELIEVABLE!!! We are recommending Apex Golf Carts to all our friends and neighbors.

After doing my research for the best prices in orange county the prices from apex golf carts were the best. I had a pix golf carts come out and exchanger batteries I was happy to know that not only did they have the best prices for golf cart batteries but their service was better than their competitors. Apex golf carts was cheaper by Lisa hundred dollars compared to all the other places I’ve called in orange county and Kyle direct result of that answer the phone was very knowledgeable as well as polite when I came to knowing what. After simple conversation with Kyle on the phone we realize that all we need is to change your batteries because you’re nearing their end and that there was no need to change your charger which was previously told to us by a competitor I was very happy to hear that Our final price was cheaper than all the other quotes were received. I will be more than happy to endorse Apex golf carts to anybody that is willing to save a few dollars on their golf cart repairs I hope this review help somebody with their questions they may have about choosing the correct place to get their golf cart serviced

I had Apex come out to change our batteries on 36v Ezgo txt and also had them change the brakes on the cart as they were going bad. I will start the review with their pricing which came out to about $ 150 cheaper then the other guys in my area. Next we’re gonna talk about their work Monty was a technician came out did a very professional job finish the job in a timely manner and the cart runs like new now. and very satisfied with the work completed by Apex golf carts and I would happily recommend them to anybody else looking for golf cart services.

My wife and I recently purchased a golf cart and we appreciate the swift and thorough processing and delivery of it. Living in a beach city it is also important to be able to have someone reliable to contact incase our cart breaks down! We highly recommend!!!

So I just had Kyle come out today to change our golf cart batteries on our ezgo. I called them on Monday January 5^th and was set up with a date for this Friday which was fine because it was the new year and they said they were busier than usual. Kyle and his tech were prompt to the hour set up and finished the job very quickly and everything works great on our cart again. I would recommend them because of their prices and punctuality as well as they were very polite on the job.
