Horrible experience with this company. I wanted to spend a little extra money on my sons race bike and take his suspension to the next level by DLC coating on fork tubes. I dropped my suspension off Dec. 21 2015 knowing they wouldnt touch it until the new year.
Feb.12 2016 i recieve an email from the owner of the company Dan Worley and below is a copy and paste of that email.
I won’t have time for at least a 10 days to work on it
If you want to pay a suspension shop to do it sooner
I can set u up with a local guy
We are short handed and I have to keep machines running right now
We are just screwed and behind schedule
