Great customer service. We had our A/​C unit stop working in the middle of the Summer. We have 2 toddlers and could not be without A/​C in 100 degree weather. Anthony made special arrangements to come fast and fix the problem. Even though I could’ve fixed it myself following internet instructions for less money I was happy to hire Polar Express and have them fix it.

Anthony explained everything to me along the way. He made a special appointment for me at 7:00 am on Saturday. The gas valve was leeching. Anthony fixed all… I am warm again!

It was well over 100 degrees outside when my A/​C stopped blowing out cool air. It got up to 95 in my house and I was desperate for some relief. I called several local companies which all told me it would be a few days before they could make it out and that I would have to pay over $ 100 just for the consultation with no guarantee of repairs. After a pretty pathetic Facebook plea, a friend gave me Anthony’s number and he made it out that day. Turns out my archaic A/​C was extremely dirty and wasn’t allowing airflow. He offered to let me clean it myself to save money, but I had him do it. While cleaning my a/​c he explained the process so I could do it myself in the future. He cleaned it on the spot and it was extremely affordable. I wouldn’t call anyone else. He’s honest, upfront, and doesn’t complicate things.

Had A/​C problems. The Air would not come out of the vents and it was def not working! Called these guys and they came 2 hours later! Saved my kids and myself from a weekend of Socal Temps that hot 103 that weekend. I would def recommend!!!

Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Polar Express — Anthony for AC work. One of my two AC units quit blowing cold air last month — I had 2 other HVAC guys come out to give an estimate.
