Terri Holladay was the greatest agent to work with. She also was the most easiest and really reliable agent out there. She got the most for me/​for my home. Also she knows the market really well and can sell and buy a home in a heartbeat. Her open houses were the best and her marketing strategies are the best out there. She’s passionate at what she does and is caring, really nice, and really helpful thoughtout the process. If I had a million homes id want Terri to sell each and every one of them she’s that good. If you are thinking about selling your home and or buying one id 100% go with Terri Holladay !!!

I requested to see a property using «Team Metcalf’s» auto link. I filled out all the appropriate boxes and left all my personal information. I never received an email or phone call confirming the appointment that was made on-​line.
In my opinion if you are going to use technology to «sell» yourself and your «brand» then use it. If you don’t use it you look as if you don’t care about potential clients.
Lastly if you have the opportunity to double end a one million dollar property it might be worth it to check your system and return peoples inquiries.
I will not use Century 21 Premier on the basis of the appearance that they don’t return calls or keep up with the technology that they themselves have implemented as a way to communicate with potential buyers.
