The technician that was sent out was fast and friendly. I feel very pleased with the work that was preformed on my rugs and carpets. There was extra attention given to my rugs (the backs were shampooed thoroughly), and I had eight rugs in all. My carpet is old and didn’t look too bad to begin with, but somehow Ronnie brought alittle extra life out of them. I’m especially proud of the rugs… no more stains and no more offensive odor.
