Clean, quick, and no upsell. I was quickly in and out on my lunch break. They did not try to sell me any other products. It was a nice exchange and I didn’t come out of it feeling ripped off as I often do when I get my car serviced.

One time Planet Lube was closed and I went to a Jiffy Lube. Then I recalled why I care for Planet Lube so much. I secretly feel victimized at most auto service places. At Planet Lube, I feel respected. They have never tried to push unnecessary service or products. They’re quick, clean, fair and do a great job. GO HERE!

My car was really due for some new oil! I remembered driving by a place nearby and decided to give it a try.
The seating area is right there in the shop area. I wasn’t thrilled with that (I was cold) but so be it. As I expected, they tried to up sell some items like the oil. They also topped off all of my fluids. But this is how they won me –‘without asking he mentioned that I have a seal that was allowing oil to leak and that because of where the seal is it would only leak oil while I was driving. The manager (owner?) wasn’t trying to sell me to fix it. He just wanted me to know and told me I should look into getting it fixed if I was planning on driving my car long term. (I’m almost at 100,000 miles!)
