I was in need of a place to store my kayak for the winter having moved to Chicagoland in October. They were happy to arrange a time at my convenience to meet me at the shop although they don’t keep regular hours in the winter. What most impressed me was that their comment was«We need to treat our customers right» — when until the day I dropped off the kayak, I wasn’t one of their customers. This is a company that clearly gets that customer service is all about working for the customer’s future business, not just getting paid for what they’re doing today. I’m looking forward to how they help me in the future.
