Trees of Green

Prompt reply to my request for a quote. Great service. Hated seeing my five dead trees go but the Trees of Green crew were professional and took care of the issue promptly. I’m sure I can count on them to plant new trees when the time is right.

First of I am surprised they have no reviews. We used their services over 3 weeks ago for tree removal due to storm damage and lightening damage. They were somewhat prompt in getting the service done but to date we still have not gotten the paper work for this service, which we need for our insurance company. We caled both the business number and owner cell at least 5 time and have gotten no response. We just got a” text”… no call. over 2 weeks later that we would have it in our email that day.
Well that day has gone and past and still no paperwork. We paid him promptly for services which appears to be an error on our part by doing so as we still have no paper work so we can not submit this to our insurence. I have wasted my time and patience dealing with this company which appears to have very poor business practices. They need to step up their business practice as they sure have dropped the ball
