Loved the drinks and the pizza flavor selection. Can’t beat the awesome oceanfront view for sunsets! So great that they had GF pizza crust, it was tasty, but it was really undercooked when it came out. Also the restaurant smelled really funny, like yeast but worse. If you can get past those things then it’s a great stop in Lahaina while vacationing in Maui!

Love eating pizza here because it’s high quality and tastes really good. Price is fair and services are fast. Highly recommended!

Great food and drinks. Decent Happy Hour menu but the best is the location and view. Amazing.

Awesome late happy hour. 8:30pm to 12am they have $ 8 specialty pizzas and $ 8 or less specialty cocktails. Friendly staff, good drinks, and delicious fresh pizzas as well as other food selections. I love the forest Mushroom pizza and almost always get the Lahaina Mezcalita. In the Mezcalita they smoke the glass with fresh kiawe wood to add a woodfired mesquite scent, then they muddle some jalapeño for spice and then rim the glass with Li hing Mui powder. This drink alone would be the reason to come back. It’s the perfect blend of smokey, spice, salty, sour, and sweet. I definitely recommend this place.

Pizza — gooood, beer — gooood, even the salad was good. Justin is awesome. Also, they changed the name to Mauiano’s Italian Grill, which is my only complaint.

The only reason there is even one star is for the sunset view and artwork. The food is very poor. The meatball appetizer tasted so bland and tasted like dogfood. The pulled asian pork pizza was so overpowered by the jalapeños. I like spicy, but u could not taste anything else. Not the curry, not the peanut sauce, not the pork nothing. The forest mushroom pizza we got was completely soggy due to the wet mushrooms. It was like canned mushrooms were poured on the pizza with the can juice. Service was not really there. The servers are more like cocktail waiters/waitresses. You place your drink order with them but you place your order at a counter, which is quite strange Considering how slow it was. The claim to fresh ingredients does not show in the food they put out. I have not been there since. And will not go back.

Good pizza, friendly staff, befuddled management. I zipped down there with the family in order to hit their happy hour which ends at 6 pm according to their website. Got their only to find out that the happy hour ends at 5 pm. I mentioned to Chris the waiter the discrepancy and showed him the website and he flipped over the menu and said«no, it’s 5:00, that’s old and we have issues with our website. You’re welcome to leave and go somewhere else if you want though.» WTF. I had just barely sat down and I’m being invited to leave? Then he was surly the rest of the evening. What a tool. How about owning the fact that your website says happy hour goes until 6:00 and not admonishing patrons for noticing? What kind of genius thinks this is a useful approach? The same one that can’t figure out how to update a stupid wordpress website, no doubt. My advice is to replace the manager with a random high school kid, as they can likely sort out this terribly complex situation. That said, the rest of the staff as well as the actual food product was great. I’ll try them out again, after they sort out the kinks.

Pretty good pizzas but pricey. They do have a very nice porch where you can watch amazing sunsets while you sip on mai tais.

Ordered chicken hoagie, veggie — mushroom pizza and pizza sticks with spinach artichoke dip. Chicken hoagie was more burger like, mozzarella cheese was a bit bland but you can see it was handmade and not processed. I really like this version of a veggie pizza, most places seem to put in bell peppers and thankfully Pi didnt. Sauce was good, it was a white sauce. The pizza was on the small size. Good for 2 to share and can be a meal for 1. I like the dip, not the pizza sticks. It was very chewy and it was basically their crust that wasn’t filled. They have some interesting looking drinks, lavender-blueberry, mango vodka and things like that. I’ll be back to check it out.

I was so happy to discover this a year ago after being somewhat disappointed by other dining options in Lahaina. Service is quick and friendly, the food is fresh, local, and consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed — perfect for a date or family outing. Unlike the chains scattered up and down the Lahaina strip, this place is worth the drive from anywhere on the island. There isn’t a dish I haven’t loved at Pi, but the pizzas in particular are fantastic — the threesome/meat lover’s is not to be missed — and I also like that they’ve added a design-your-own option with plenty of fresh, local ingredients. If you’re not feeling pizza, they offer plenty of salads, pastas, and sandwiches, including plenty of gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. My only wish is that they would bring back the amazing muffaletta I had there last year! A great beer selection, inventive cocktails(the Mezcalita in a smoked glass is a favorite), and kombucha on tap make this the perfect place to cool down with a drink and a snack after the long walk through Lahaina. While we didn’t use it last time, since this far north on the strip parking is easier to come by, I appreciated that they now validate in a nearby lot.

The Caesar salad is fresh, the caprese with this incredible pesto sauce(can eat that on everything) charcuterie platter with prosciutto, salami, cheese, olives and much more made my meal! We ordered the lasagna which was a hit. The pizzas were a flavorful delight and the prices are reasonable to order a table full and share. We ordered the sausage, meat lovers, chicken ranch, Bbq chicken, Hawaiian.

What an awful waste of $ 75. They claim to be «always fresh» and I can tell you that’s not the case at all! First of all, I ordered the«Passionjito» which was supposed to be «Maui’s Liliko’, lime, mint, sweet-sour and soda». What I got was a glass full of green lime syrup, like what you’d put on a sno-cone! Never in my life have I gotten a drink like that. It was absolutely disgusting and didn’t taste like passion fruit at all.(See pic) My husband ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and asked for no spinach or mushrooms. He was told they couldn’t accommodate that because everything is «pre-made, they just toss some chicken on top». Gross! Especially for Alfredo sauce. We ordered garlic bread which was on happy hour for $ 3.75. It was pizza crust with garlic butter spread on it and we were charged $ 7.50. My pizza(Margarita Xtra) was fine, but definitely nothing to write home about. Too much flour on the bottom of the crust. We will never be back.

Had the Ahi pizza which was incredible. Good beer selection. Kids had the Meatball, Margherita Pizza and a Caesar Salad, which they demolished. View is great. You’re across the street from the water, and apparently the sunset views are awesome. It’s kind of at the ass-end of Lahaina, but worth the walk. They also apparently validate for the Outlet Mall behind so you could park over here. Décor is really nice inside and the staff was great. Was not overly expensive either. Highly recommend.

Great pizza, friendly service, and beautiful location. Spent the evening eating and watching the perfect sunset. We tried custom pizzas and they were ready quickly and tasted fantastic. Highly recommend their locally made soda(cane sugar not high fructose corn syrup) as well. Definite recommend!

A great casual place to have a bite! We had the 3-some, Caesar salad, ahi bruschetta and iced Arnold Palmer. The 3-some is a meat lover pizza, mini 8 slices. Good for 1 or two when sharing multiple dishes. It came with sausage, pepperoni and cheese. Lots of cheese which I loved. We added spinach which really made it on point! Ahi bruschetta had a ceviche taste and the bruschetta was crispy. I really hoped for that fresh ahi poke flavor. Probably wouldn’t get it again Caesar salad was typical. But it comes with toasted garlic bread which was a crispy treat, crispier than the croutons mixed inside. Panoramic views of the ocean with an eye catching Aloha mural on the wall, chil casual and local ambiance! I would recommend choosing their signatures and adding your preferred toppings. It will get very expensive when choosing your own toppings off the bat.

First time here with my family and I must say it won’t be my last. I really liked that I could make whatever I wanted on my pizza and that the size was a personal pan, just enough for me. Every time my other half and I get pizza we like different things on it. This way you both get exactly what you want. Great place to hang out, good drinks too! Definitely recommend this place if you’re out with your friends and want a simple place to eat with good drinks.

We really liked this little pizza place! Fresh ingredients and lots of choices. It’s really clean with nice fresh modern décor. Lots of patio seating overlooking the harbor. We got a salad and split it between two people as an appetizer. Then shared the 808 pi. Greens were fresh and pizza was yummy! Full bar with a lot of choices for tap beer too.

I’m currently sitting here eating my pizza and salad and Unilocaling I wanted pizza and salad really bad on my last night in Maui(sad) and this place satisfied both. It’s a seat yourself place. Great for big parties. I recommend ordering a pizza on their menu and add whatever toppings you want. We ordered the margherita pizza and added Italian chicken and mushrooms. It will get very expensive if you build your own. I believe I heard the pizza maker say that the dough, pizza sauce and cheese is 8 $ and add-ons can range from .50−2.50 $. Cesar salad was delicious! Love the anchovies. I would eat here again when back in Maui.

This is such a chill place to meet up with friends. They play local music in the background to keep the mood up beat. The drinks are delicious. They support local business by incorporating local produce into their drinks and food. Love their happy hour deals and they just changed their menu to add pasta. Go check it out! My only disappointment is that when I go out to happy hour I like to give the bartender what I am thirsty for and have he or she create something off the menu. The bartenders there are by the menu only. Don’t get me wrong, the drinks on the menu are good. This is a great place to hangout.

Maui’s newest pizzeria is now open at The Outlets of Maui. ATMOSPHERE: You’re immediately greeted with blaring club-like background music which is just a tad too loud for a restaurant. The inside was a bit warm though I’m not sure if it was due to the pizza oven or a weak a/c system. The ocean view is gorgeous from both the covered outdoor lanai and from certain tables inside. There’s a small bar area which was constantly occupied. Food ordering is done either direct from the kitchen counter or sit and wait for a server. MENU: Salads, apps, pizzas, paninis. BEVERAGE: Hurricane — This was a $ 3 special and was delish! I’m not a fan of mixed drinks as they give me a stomach ache but this was the exception. I have no clue exactly what was in it but it’s rum-based, a little sweet and not overly strong. FOOD: Italian Spinach Dip — Warm and creamy mixture of spinach and artichokes with ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and toasted garlic bread. Really tasty app to start with. All pizzas are one size, about 12″ or so. The crusts are thin and chewy. Each pie we had was a bit spicy. Pi 808 — We eliminated the pineapples and stuck with the rest which were roasted chilies, chorizo, onions, and mozzarella cheese with red sauce. Mainstream but good. Creole — Being a cilantro hater, I could not taste it at all. Other toppings were chicken, chilis, onions and mozzarella cheese with a blanca sauce which I’m assuming is clear as there was no color. Mainstream again but good. Prosciutto Pi — Fresh prosciutto, garlic, mozzarella and ricotta cheeses with the blanca sauce and topped with arugula. Mainstream again. Forest Mushroom — This was my favorite of the bunch. White sauce pizza rocks! Topped with a minced mixture of mushrooms, onions, garlic, gorgonzola and romano cheeses and topped with arugula. Eliminated the truffle oil which is my kryptonite. Definitely would order this again. SERVICE: Everyone was friendly, smiley and professional. Our female server was great. She constantly checked on us. We met manager Bert who assisted us by adjusting an a/c vent to help cool our warm table area. He was so down to earth. Great staff! OVERALL: For some reason, Front Street has turned into a ghost town come 10pm. Thankfully Pi is open until midnight, has a bar, great views, good pizza, and excellent service. They’re a great addition to The Outlets!
