Napili Bay Resort

This place is amazing. On the beach. Just a 2 minute walk to the Gazebo (we order pick up so we don’t have to wait an hour) and a 5 minute walk to Sea House Happy Hour. The units are privately owned so they are not all upgraded the same or have the same furniture, etc. They do come with beach chairs and a full kitchen. While they do not have AC and don’t really need it, the doors and windows open and provide a great cool breeze. We love staying here when we’re not in the mood for the resort style vacation.

I have to absolutely disagree with the only other review on this website!
Napili Bay Resort is NOT your 5 star full service resort! These are privately owned condo’s that are rented out when the owners are not using them. We stayed in unit 112 for 10 days… it was HEAVEN! We loved having the beach 2 seconds away and frequently used the BBQ area! Our condo was equipped with beach toys and chairs as well and helped make us more comfortable on the beach! As for no AC the other reviewer is correct, Napili Bay Resort does not have AC but really… is their a need for it? Its never much higher than 80′ and there is always a breeze! As for the deposit let me reiterate myself, these are private condo’s, it is not as easy to rebook this as a typical hotel.
I encourage you to do your research on this location prior to booking, but if you are looking for a small quiet area and don’t need all the fanfare this is your place!

No Air Conditioning!!! No pool! No Hot Tub!!! No pool side bar!!! The condo rentals here are managed by Aloha Condos. The website makes the condos look like a wonderful place to stay. I have to say that the property management agents that we dealt with Rocco April and Jim Dornfeld weren’t very transparent in portraying the resort amenities. When we asked to cancel our reservation we were told that our deposit was nonrefundable. Our booking was for September 16 and we emailed to cancel July 24. This means that they will rebook the unit we rented and pocket our deposit. Wow they’re making double money! This seems really unethical and crooked to me.
