Italian Delight

Hands down best pizza on Maui! Crispy but yet soft crust. Their calzones are awesome as well. Place is clean. Service is nice and attentive. If you are interested in an entrée the eggplant parm is awesome too.

Been here a few times. Clean & a/​c inside; staff are friendly & make delicious food. My favorite is the philly cheese steak; but you cant go wrong with their Italian sub either (got both this past weekend). Pizza was great; many variety. I have tried their chicken ceasar in the past & it was also good. No Bad Choices Here :) Worth the drive for an ono lunch. Thank You!

We got the worst food poisoning of our lives from the chicken parm… We were both sick for a day and a half. Should have called the health department. Be cautious if you choose to eat here.

I don’t like giving 5 star reviews on a place, but I do believe in love at first bite. Yeah yeah food slut.
However, this place is really a gem in the center that houses Barnes and Noble.
Plain and simple, where else can you get a «Costco sized» gourmet slice and a drink for under $ 8? Where the hell can you find lunch anywhere on the westside for under $ 8?!? THIS PLACE
I’m looking forward to taking the family here — pizza parlor booth style seating, pizza by the slice or pie, sandwiches and other baked varieties. The best part — your kids will likely be mesmerized by the guy tossing fresh dough behind the counter in front of the huge ovens. Swoon!

This is a review for their pizza, it’s awesome! Best pizza on the island and as good as any slice place I’ve been to in San Francisco! Good prices, good service, good pizza. Added bonus it’s next to the DMV so you can grab a slice to brighten your long-​wait-​bureaucratic-​nightmare-​of a-​day.

They had delicious garlic knots and the supreme Philly cheesesteak was delicious! The bottom of my pepperoni pizza was a little burnt but the workers were all genuinely nice and attentive.

Didn’t have a lot of expectations, but wasn’t pleasantly surprised. Food was a bit pricey, but wasn’t bad. Had the philly cheese steak.

We came to Maui from Philadelphia, and were thrilled to find a spot that boasted sandwiches made with Amoroso rolls! Great, hearty pizza and sandwiches. Nice to see East Coast fare so well-​represented.

Okay, I’m not gonna lie, I did not hold out a lot of hope for this place when we walked in. It is a cafeteria style fast food type place and I was expecting a sit down restaurant. They have a $ 2 slice for the after school crowd for instance. We all ordered pasta for lunch. I had the Eggplant parmigiana, which was cooked perfectly. My daughter had penne with pesto that was the best pesto she has tasted. Pasta was al dente and the red sauce was just tart enough to show off the fresh tomatoes that were used to make it. The garlic knots were a very nice touch!

I can’t say enough about this pizza place… BEST PIZZA ON MAUI. ‘s DOWN! Not to mention the Philly cheese steak which is to die for The service was great and it felt like home. The place was very clean. Pizza is my vice and I’ve been all over the world tasting these tomato pies and with much confidence and satisfaction, Italian Delight was nothing short of its perfect name. The only downside was that I filled my tummy up and didn’t have room for more ill be back soon and his time on a very empty stomach!

The pizza was really good for Maui, but not the absolute best on the island. I had the spinach and tomato and the chicken bacon ranch. It was definitely filling, but it was hard to distinguish some of the flavors sometimes. All in all, It was still very good. They have a great atmosphere, super friendly staff, sports on the tv, and the prices aren’t going to empty your wallet like front street. Ample parking and nice quiet family friendly area. I would definitely come back again.

Pizza slice (tomato basil) was alright, sorry to say but i make a better chicken alfredo, in fact for the price and size, Pizza Hut is waayy better! The guy that helped me was really nice but his co worker would have been yelled at if i were his boss! He was fixing his head band and his hair and touching his face all in the front of the house, i kept my eye on him to make sure he didnt touch my food! probably wont be back there again :(

Great food and service. I recommend this place. The front counter guy with a Boston accent was a big plus.

Pizza is ok, not the best but not the worst. What does bother me is the guy making pizza was simultaneously eating a tuna sandwich. Not only a violation of health codes I’m sure, but it’s just not nice to see.

We grew up in Jersey and this pizza is the best in Maui and would rival most pizza places in NJ and NY. If you don’t like this pizza then you don’t know Pizza.

It makes me sad to write this review. Last time I was there, about 7 – 8 months ago, the place was clean, the food was good. I spoke to the owner and was excited for my next visit.
Boy have things changed. The most of the pizza looked as if it had been setting out all day, if not longer. The floors were dirty, all the seats were so dirty I couldn’t find any place to sit, until I cleaned off a place myself. Trash was overflowing from the can – although they did clean up out right before I left, and they also cleaned off one of the 5 dirty tables, as well (not sure why they didn’t clean any other empty tables).
The real problem was the pizza, it was clearly burnt (see my photo), when I took it to them, they didn’t apologize or even acknowledge me – that’s right they didn’t say a thing (Perhaps they were tempting to communicate telepathically). When my new slice was ready, they didn’t tell me, just left it on the counter for me to figure out it was mine and come get.
Oh, I forgot to mention the workers do not wear gloves and their hands actually looked dirty, a bit gross. I think maybe the guys working there had seconds jobs, like in construction or something and so their hands might have just been stained, but I watched them handle money, clean the trash, wipe down 1 table with a dirty rag and then touch someone’s pizza – so gross.
So sad to see how this place has gone down hill.

It is nothing fancy, a step up from Pizza Hut /​Dominos /​Papa Johns. A nice place for a simple lunch date. It is a small place with A/​C which can is hard to find eateries in Lahaina with AC. My favorite pizza is the ricotta cheese, pesto, tomatoes pizza and antipasto salad. It is pricy, but with in range of the other Lahaina eateries. They do have after school specials for kids.

Always wanted to try this place. It’s Saturday afternoon and there are a bunch of people here. The guy working is handling money and food– all with his bare hands. I guess this doesn’t bother anyone bc he’s not hiding it at all. We order (hoping the oven will kill all the germs). Then, I while watching him make a sandwich, I see him shove some of the food into his mouth. He was still chewing as he walked the sandwich out to the customer. Are you kidding me!!!
Ok, then back to the register to handle money… then back to sprinkling lettuce on a sandwich.
This place is beyond unsanitary. First AND last time here!!! These workers need to take a class on how to handle food safely. Eating off a customers plate is NOT OK!!! Handling money and food at the same time is NOT OK!!! Disgusting!!!

I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars. My hubby and I came here to pick up some dinner to go. We ordered two slices of pizza — one regular and one margarita — and an order of garlic knots. The regular pizza slice was a 4 but everything else was SO TERRIBLE!
Also, they packed all of our food in a pizza box and when I opened the box while paying to confirm everything was right, THERE WAS A BUG INSIDE! It was a small but but still!!! The guy swapped it aside with his hand and I was seriously grossed out. But it didn’t touch the food so we still took it (bad idea).
Also, keep in mind this is a super fast food joint. No class whatsoever. Never coming back ever again.

It’s been awhile that west side had a great pizza! This cute little place. They even have white pizza. Didn’t know what it was. He said I’m going to love it. I did! The crust is ONOlicious. Not oily, not dense.
The size of the slices reminded me when i used to cruz around Venice Beach in Cali. Stopping at one of the food windows. This is a bit better. But wow. Price is okay, understanding that this is west side Maui.
Very yummy! Thank you Italian delight! I hope you folks survive here!
