Stacey was referred to us by our lender as we were having no luck with our previous realtor. We saw house after house and could not win any bids! When Stacey came on board, she took charge and went right to work. She helped us look at a couple homes and was very knowledgeable about the specific area we were interested in. When we were finally ready to put in an offer on a beautiful house, she guided us through the process and worked quickly so we weren’t overlooked. Needless to say we got a call a couple days later and it was her congratulating us on our new home!!! She won the first bid we put down! Thanks to her communication, well written offer and quick actions we were able to get our dream home. She even got us closed in record timing so we could spend Christmas in our new home. Throughout the closing process, she was always available to answer our many questions and was able to negotiate many bonuses within our contract like being able to keep the refrigerator and getting extra cash towards improving the worn fence. Stacey was amazing through the whole process and we were lucky to have her. She even followed up
