After 4 years of being a client here, I realized that my website was not working properly. When I contacted the owner, he sent me a scathing email that said it was entirely my fault because he had sent me several emails. I have never seen any emails from him and when I searched — even in the trash — I found none! I have never been treated so poorly by someone who I am paying for their service and he blamed it on me!
