I recently visited my friend who just moved into a studio here and WOW! This whole community is so modern and luxurious. The floor plan in the studio is so perfectly laid out and still spacious for being a studio. Everything was so clean and new. I would totally be living here if I was from the area! The extra amenities like the sky deck just make this place feel even more comfortable and luxurious. By far the nicest apartments I’ve seen in this area.

Recently took a tour of these apartments and they are gorgeous! Staff is friendly and location is great. It’s the number one place in my list to move into when I’m ready.

Just wanted to say thank you to Tabitha and Jenna for making my move into Apex so simple, smooth and welcoming. :) I’ve lived in multiple apartment communites over the last 10 years and this one definitely stands out from the rest. I love my new apartment and the community is so beautiful. I’m excited to be part of the Apex residents and looking forward to making Apex my new home for years to come.

i was considering moving here. people seemed nice. i decided to stay in irvine, called to let them know i was going a different direction and to ask for my deposit of $ 200 back. both BRIDGET and KYLE kept putting me off. first they said it would take a week, then i talked to them again and it would take another 2 weeks. i follow up in over a month after those initial 3 weeks and now the manager TABATHA says that i cancelled after the 72 hours and i won’t be getting my deposit back. now its a he said she said type of situation unless my attorney gets involved (not calling my attorney over 200 bucks) this is the type of service you’ll be getting at apex, I’m sure everyone who decided to move in will be getting robbed of deposits come move out time. even though i didn’t get my 200 back I’m sure i dodged a bullet by not moving in here. also the apartments seem nice but if you really look at the layout the apartments are way over priced and built cheap, tiny bedrooms, some hallways are wide, some are so narrow you don’t know if moving in is going to be an issue, over 70 floorpans. who was the architect that put this MAZE together? The cheapest studio is over 2k a month… in retrospect i didn’t know what i was thinking leaving a deposit here. positive note is that my 200 bucks i got scammed out of might save a lot of hassle for people considering this concrete jungle they call APEX.

I was visiting a friend who just recently moved in here… and I gotta say, I’m a bit jealous!!! The building looks great and the design is clean and modern. Pretty good location near the freeway but not noisy at all. They also have a really nice BBQ and pool area. Definitely will be considering this place when my current lease is up.

From day one everyone has been so helpful and friendly. Adam, Kyle and Gail are great. Bridget is phenomenal!!! She goes above and beyond! She has definitely exceeded my expectations. The community is absolutely gorgeous. Seriously what I’ve been looking for. Very quiet, plenty of guest parking, and amenities GALORE! As far as rent, I love that there are a few options when it comes to how I choose to process the payment … If I could give 10 stars I would!
