For what it’s worth, the negative reviews are spot on. Owner was on the phone and went out of his way to avoid me. It’s amazes me how these people stay in business. I suspect it’s a tax haven more than a real business. Anyway, no matter how desperate you are, STAY AWAY!

Small shop, pretty expensive, rude owner. Simple as that. Literally stood over me the entire time talking on the phone while I was trying to pick out my tobacco. Don’t come here drive the extra distance to a nicer place.

When I entered the shop I noticed how tiny it really was the gentleman never welcomed us when we walked in. He was constantly getting interrupted by phone calls, and ignored us most of the time when we would ask him questions either because he didn’t know or didn’t have the time. He was overwhelmed with more than 3 people in the shop so I decided to pick up a item to look it over with me and my friend as he was checking out a customer as I turned to call my friend over to look it over as well, he suddenly appeared behind me and rudely yanked the item out of my hand and accused me of trying to steal it! I was so upset I didn’t even complete my purchase because someone who treats their customers that way shouldn’t be in business in the first place! Learn a thing or 2 about customer service!

These reviews are correct and there is a reason this place is only 2 stars, it should be 1 star. Not the greatest prices, even worse customer service. They sell used stuff and when I brought it back the guy actually told me he doesn’t take anything back because he doesn’t like to lose money! Then he said what do you want from me? Um, how about an item that works?

This place ain’t great, but it ain’t terrible either. The prices really are the best around in my opinion, and they probably got the biggest variety of cigarettes around. They also sell great tobacco for a very cheap price. I will admit, the service isn’t great, and I do wish they would actually say «hello» and «thanks» every now and then. I went in and bought a pack of No.27’s today and the wife actually did say «have a good day». The first time I’ve ever heard it. But hey, their cheap prices are what’s gonna keep me going back. The customer service is a drawback, however.

The service was mediocre — the guy who was helping us was very overwhelmed by the three customers he had. The place is pretty tiny so it’s difficult to look at things — especially when there’s other people in there. The gentleman who was working there seemed to get annoyed with the customer before us because he asked the difference between lighter fluid. Not great. They have lots of options for hookah though.

This is one of the worst smoke shops ever. Many times I will go there during business hours and the place will be closed. It must be a front for some sort of shady business. The people who work there are extremely unfriendly, and many times will be on the phone the entire time you are there (even while they check you out they do not put the phone down or stop talking). If this place wasnt right accross the street from my house I would never go here.

This is supposed to be discounted and it really isn’t. You can get a pack of cigarettes or a carton for really close to the same prices. So if this is close to you I guess you should go there. Don’t bother if you have to drive any sort of distance to get there.
The owner, at least I think it is the owner, is unfriendly and not very helpful. The keypad for atm transactions is disgusting and dirty (yes, you can see the dirt!) and I need to sanitize my hands after. The store does also sell cigars and other «head shop» items.
