Lol! Somebody that has so much to complain about shoes has more problems than shoes or their experience buying them. Get real people. Be honest and everything will work out. With shoes and everything else you experience. I LOVETHISPLACEANDEVERYTHINGIVESEENANDPURCHASED!!!

Terrible customer service. I purchased shoes from this store late January 2014, they sat in the closet, in their box, and I finally decided, I probably would never wear them. I took them pristine, unworn, in the box, with receipt April 2014(90 days) to the store, only to be told not only could I NOT return the shoes for a refund, I could not even return the shoes for a store credit. What a terrible store policy. I for one will not be shopping here ever again, and would warn all others BUYERBEWARE!!! $ 100.00 down the drain.

This store, too, is in the process of going out of business in the Laguna Hills Mall. Nevertheless, the store should probably just go out of business now, since there’s about 30 pairs of shoes left in the whole store, none worth buying, unless 1) you are a size 3 or 5 or 2) are planning a holiday to Alaska or Antarctica, where you need big fury boots. Was hoping to score some deals, but nope, not today. I did see a woman carrying out a big bag from here… so perhaps she got all the good deals that I wasn’t able to find? At regular price, the shoes here seemed overpriced for their quality, but at the sale prices(4.99 and up), a good bargain. If you have small feet. Bummer being big foot, isn’t it?

I’ve had nothing but good service shopping here. I love the selection and the pricing is right up my alley. I don’t like to pay ridiculously high prices for my heels but I don’t want them to be cheaply made either. I often shop their clearance wall(the back wall) where everything is $ 15 – 10. The last pair of heels that I bought here, 2 years ago are just now wearing to the point that I need a new pair. And that’s because of the way I walk in heels… I scuff the heel up and the heel actually wears down kind of funny. The shoes maybe cost me $ 20 and aren’t worth repairing. I’ll be stopping in here soon in hopes of finding some new super cute shoes!

I had the single worst shopping experience of my life in this store. I purchased shoes for my girlfriend 5 days ago. The shoe was defective and fell apart. I had misplaced the receipt, but had the original box with the Milano Shoes price tag, the original Milano Shoes bag, and my bank statement on my blackberry showing a the original Milano Shoes puchase 5 days earlier. I was only seeking a straight exchange, not a refund. When I went in, they told me that there were no exchanges without receipt. I tried to show them the bank statement(for the exact amount, etc) but they wouldn’t budge. After frantically searching my car, I found the receipt. I returned to the store. They didn’t have the shoe in the size. I asked for another color. They refused, and said that it had to be the EXACT same item for exchange. I said fine, give me a refund. They don’t do refunds. So, they told me that I can take the shoe in a larger size, and that it would be «a final purchase, no returns». So, if the larger shoe doesn’t fit my girl, tough cookies! The receipt was stamped accordingly. When I returned home, I located the supervisor through another store. He promised to look into it and call me back. When he called back, he informed me that I had been treated very well in the store, because they don’t take returns on shoes. I said«you mean if I purchase shoes and they fall apart an hour later you don’t take them back?» He said yes, you would have to take them to a shoe repair place. This is the worst store in the world.
