Amazing service. Made me a first time Troy Lee customer.
The second and final stop of my Laguna Beach mountain bike shopping trip took me to Troy Lee designs. Before going here, I never really was much of a Troy Lee fan and never bought anything of theirs.
I changed that and walked out with nearly $ 500 in gear.
The lady manager of this shop really knows her stuff. She provided excellent service and advice. She was very patient and attentive.
Towards the end of my shopping spree, a dude who freerides from AZ gave me a second opinion on pads, fitment and local places to bike. He seems to work at the shop at night. He was very friendly and had good first hand advice.
Unlike other bike shops in the area. Troy Lee knows that this shop and the employees there are the face of the company. Any mishap and the brand perception of the rider is damaged and you may have lost a customer for life.
Based on the store vibe and service I got here. They may have gained a customer for life.
Overall a very positive impression of Troy Lee, the store vide/​design and expert staff.
My Troy Lee D3 helmet has a amazing fit.
Thanks Troy Lee for this amazing store/​employees and not having to drive all the way out to the 909 to experience your brand first hand.
Maybe if I stock up here, I can be (or at least look like) the next Aaron Gwin.

Great selection of street clothing in addition to all apparel and safety gear needed for downhill, Moto, enduro, road, cross, or all mountain.
Their street clothes buyer is killing it! I go every few weeks to check out their new stuff. Jackets, shirts, pants, trunks, yoga pants… They are seriously killing it! Like a «street» nordstroms but better prices and better service.
They have cool books, DVDs and lots of other cool stuff.
I try and buy everything possible locally. Troy Lee makes it easier to do.
Great store, great staff! Jason knows a lot, is very friendly and does a great job! (As does everyone else).

This was our first visit to the shop, and it was noteworthy! The sales clerk (sorry, I forgot his name! :/​), was amazing. He was enthusiastic, helpful & impressively knowledgable about all of the products in the store without being overbearing. My husband is a huge Troy Lee fan because of his helmets & gear, but I think Mr. Lee should be should also be applauded for a welcoming & professional sales staff.

Service has really turned around with the new crew and staff. All are knowledgable about the products and it’s clear the customer is important. Biggest change seems to be that when you walk in they greet you and acknowledge you are there. Prior experience not so pleasant as I was left feeling like I interrupted social hour with friends — you know, that awkward third-​wheel feeling. Glad to say that is no longer the case!
Great products for bicycle or motorcycle apparel and some incredible custom works are suitable for display in a museum showcase.

Sick shop/​race museum! great staff, great area. difficult parking but worth it!

The store is under new management and has some new sales people as well. After the sales manager, Carmelit) reached out to let me know that they agreed I should have gotten the adjustment and that they’d changed store policy to make sure it it didn’t happen again.
The other day I decided to go in there and give it another shot. The experience couldn’t have been more different. Both the lady (turned out to be Carmelit) and the sales guy (want to say his name was Tommy) were great and asked me if I needed any help every time I walked passed. The sales guy geared me through helmets I was looking at and even talked me into buying a pair of sunglasses I didn’t even go in there for.
Pumped I can start going back to the store because Troy Lee makes the best gear out there and the store has everything. Gotta love when they catch wind of poor service and make the adjustment.
On the down side… it’s back to spending way more money than I should every time I go in the place!
