In 2011 I inherited a large amount of gold jewelry. Many were duplicates, broken or similar to things I already had. I approached several firms about buying my excess pieces. Tangible Investments was by far the most professional and fair company. I ended up doing 4 transactions over the next year. Every time I went in I was treated in the most professional and friendly manner. There was no «high pressure» sales tactics and they allowed me as much time as I wanted to think about it. The entire staff couldn’t have been more pleasant. This review is long over due, but I still wanted to thank Dennis, Curt, Alex and everyone else for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend them and will return should the need arise.

Tangible Investments is a wonderful business. We first met the Tangible Investments people at the Los Angeles jewelry and art show, where their coins, jewlery, and antiques were amazing and surprisingly affordable. Now we go down to their store in Laguna Beach for vintage jewlery and artifacts. The people at Tangible are knowledgable, helpful, and very friendly. It is always a pleasure to do business with them and they have outstanding jewelry making facilities to resize, modify, or fix pieces that need work. The work is consistently excellent and they typically do this work for free or at a minimal cost.

After searching for quite some time to find a company that would look at my three rings that I needed to sell, I found one, who to my surprise, only offered me $ 181.00. I was so upset and continued my Google search. I came upon Tangible Investments and to my surprise, they offered me 1,200!!! I honestly have intuitions on honesty and this company will be seeing me again with my silver coin collection. God bless you!

He and his associate went through all the boxes and gave me a value in short period of time. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Even though I arrived less than an hour before closing, Tom Grinnell took care of a complex request quickly and professionally. The whole office works as one very smooth and friendly team. Tom understood what I knew — as well as where I needed some information. All my concerns were addressed efficiently and completely. I was well-​treated, got my questions answered, and felt very well informed. I’ll go back, whenever their beautiful inventory and knowledge can help me. If you’re a buyer or seller of fine collectibles, these folks need to be in your Black Book.

Tangible Investments is a nice excuse to take a drive to Laguna Beach. Parking was easier than expected. I was a bit disappointed that they do not accept post-​1970s coins, but the silver coins I had and the one Civil War coin I had made up for it. I will go there again if/​when I come across some old coin collections. Coins are their specialty and the whole transaction was fast and very courteous.

UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will not find Service this good very often, like rare coins, very valuable and rare to find. Tangible investments are FANTASTIC, Honest, Very Friendly and they go above and beyond to make you happy. My recent experience with Dennis and 2 other employees was so impressive that I will recommend them to anyone who needs a Honest informative experience.
