I needed someone to install a new combo dial on my safe. I tried another guy and that process was a nightmare.
The next closest place was South Coast Lock & Safe.
They didn’t have any reviews, but I decided to give them a try anyway. Wow, am I happy that I did because they did everything that I wanted.
1) they answered the phone when I called.
2) They called me back because they were tied up on a job.
3) They took my info and called back with an estimate.
4) They scheduled a time, and showed up when they said they would.
5) They did a fantastic job on the install.
6) Their price was much better than the first guy in SJC
Soooo, what is not to like about these wonderful people???
I don’t remember their names, but it is a husband and wife team. They are super folks to do business with, and I highly recommend them.
