The owner Brandon is wonderful! by far the best trainer I have every worked with.
Being in my early 50s needing a real kick in the Butt. Brandon delivered with kindness and grace. His knowledge of fitness and understand of the customer’s needs is amazing. Its been 6 months and I feel great! Plus his place is spotless and dog friendly.

This gym is great. It has personality. As soon as I walked in I felt the energy in the room. The personal training is great too. It focuses on functional training… which is something I can tell you WORKS! I have had personal trainers before, but this is by far the best. The trainer customized a workout for me which suits my every desire. I am ready for that beach body this summer. With a free consultation, I definitely recommend you go and check out LAGUNA BEACH’S BEST!!!
