We feel so lucky that we were able to work with Shelbie as our realtor. Through lots of ups and downs with finding the right house in this crazy market, Shelbie was consistently patient, thoughtful and smart. On the business side, she always strategized to make us as competitive as possible and navigated the home buying process for us with expertise and ease. On the personal side, she was incredibly supportive with the emotional rollercoaster of buying our first home. She responded to texts at any hour, and was ready to put together offers for us at a moments notice. And even now that we’ve moved into our home, she advocated for us to get a broken heater covered under warranty when they had told us it wouldn’t be covered(and she offered to bring us over a space heater!). She goes above and beyond for her clients — we couldn’t recommend her more highly!

I met Shelbie Butler when she was altruistically volunteering to support a microbusiness in I’m not sure where. Totally off the topic, I sheepishly asked her for a refi referral. She was incredibly helpful and generous with her connections. Shelbie gave me her contact information, asked me to email her and told me she had a great, get it done refinance broker she could refer me to. When I emailed her, she copied me on an email she sent to Michael Chiu, the refi broker she recommended. She shepherded the process of the two of us connecting. Mike was was Mister Customer Service. He responded to my email within hours, got my information, asked for documentation and got in touch with me again the same day. The refi he found that was the best for me wasn’t even someone he represents so he was doing it for free with no commission. Dang Shelbie, that *was* a good referral! Same story with Shelbie. She hooked me up out of kindness, no commission or benefit to her. I feel really fortunate to have met her and asked her for help. The whole thing has been unbelievable. Let’s hear it for altruism at home, too!
