If you ever live at the grove, never live anywhere but the top floor. I currently live on the 2nd floor with someone above me. It sounds like my upstairs neighbor is going to fall through my floor. In my apartment, there were issues with my sub floor that I had to be out of my apartment for about a week so they could repair it. However, for some reason the apartment complex thinks it’s just regular noise coming from my upstairs neighbor. This is the 2nd upstairs neighbor I have had that makes this much noise. It’s so loud that I will be woken up in the middle of the night. Anyone who comes over is scared that my neighbor is going to come though my ceiling. ONLY LIVE ON THE TOP FLOOR.
