Brian Bodenhausen (Mr. Fixit) created a wonderful, custom fencing/​netting system for my two condo balconies to keep my cats from jumping over the rail. The design and construction was superb. He figured out how to make it so that I could easily remove the framework without marring the surfaces of the balcony – no drilling or screws. The design is so subtle, the HOA hasn’t bugged me about it, and I have peace of mind, knowing my cats can go out on the balcony and get fresh air without endangering their lives! He was very reasonably priced and got the job done quickly and well.
