Microwave Display Repair

I contacted this company when I had a keypad short problem with my microwave. When I described the problem in an email, Mr. Miller said it was not something he could fix but recommended that I get a part replaced. He gave me a link to a parts website, along with very detailed instructions about how to install it myself. The company he referred me to provided excellent customer service and once I had the right part I was able to do the repair myself… and I have no technical background. Mr. Williams communicated with me quickly and courteously throughout and never charged me a cent for all this help.
Mr. Williams never actually touched my microwave so I can’t comment on whether he would have done a good job as a repairman. However, I found him to be honest and helpful and offered his professional advice for free. I couldn’t possibly ask for anything more.
