The ladies that work here are always very polite and extremely nice. My husbands shirts always look GREAT! After trying other cleaners when we moved here a year ago, I’ve found that not only does Hudlows have lower prices than most cleaners in town, but far better quality! I have never taken my cleaning anywhere else since I discovered Hudlows!

The store had an emergency closing but they still sent someone out after hours to make sure I got my suits because I had to travel out of town and they knew I was operating on a tight schedule

I took my black carhartt winter coat there to be cleaned before the weather turned. When I received it the next day, the seams and sleeves of my coat were streaked with blue. I took it back the same day and they claimed it was the manufactures fault due to the type of dye they used. Upon explaining that I took my coat to a professional dry cleaner to prevent these sorts of goofs from happening, they shifted all blame on the manufacturer. After asking was this the first carhartt they had ever washed and had it happened before in the past, a senior employee, claiming to have worked there for 40 years, claimed she did not know. Never again. Don’t take your coats here unless they are already blue to begin with.

The Hudlow on Creasy Lane does not stand behind their cleaning service and has bad customer-service. I don’t get out much so when I did bring back a garment to be re-cleaned, they refused due to time! I told them it was not a banana or hamburger, but unused dry cleaning from my closet. They were rude wanted to charge me full price to fix a faulty job! Aside from being very, very expensive, they have the attitude like we’re lucky to be able to use them. I called Vogue and they offered me 30% off as a new customer. September 11, 2013.

I went back to Hudlow’s again for a comforter and two coats, and they once again did a fabulous job. The staff is friendly and they warn you upfront of any problems that might occur with what you bring in. They’re also very detailed. My coats came out better than new and my comforter looks great! I’ve moved away from this area of town but will make a special trip back here just to go to this particular Hudlow’s.
