I was there at 2:40 pm on Saturday (9⁄28) and when I arrived the «one» employee was helping a customer in the back. I was never greeted, noticed etc.
I grab my $ 50 in goods I want to buy, place them on the counter thinking he may bust away and just ring me up… NO CHANCE!!! I wait another 3 – 5 minutes and then he brings the customer to the front and says «he was here first»…Yes, but not ready!!!
Where did customer service go? I was excited about this store, but each time has it’s own adventure… Oh and I just turned around and left. Glad he made the ONE sale.
