I’ve gone twice to get a vehicle inspection. Both visits were bad. Staff was rude when asking for information. This last time I didn’t have current information available and was treated rudely. I also witnessed similarly customer service to other patrons.

I have used Ross Tire for many years, and I depend on them for honest and fair evaluations. They will not do work that is not needed. They will recommend work that is needed to keep your car safe. They will also treat men and women the same, in other words, they will not take advantage of a single woman bringing in a vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I’ve heard some complaints that these guys have phantom diagnoses of your vehicle in order to make more money off of you. In my experience they have told me of issues that I have with my truck and other shops didn’t find those issues. But all in all, they’ve done oil changes for me a few times and all of that was fair and good work.

Bad experience. Sorry to this who are not crooks a ross tires. Pretend Christians for marketing? They told me I needed work on my rear brakes (pads and rotors) my car has boots and shoes on the rear NOT what they suggested. They wanted $ 300s. They all fine intolerable you ask too many questions.
I went to Heberts Garage in Breaux Bridge instead and they showed me that I do no need anything done on my rear brakes
